After driving for over an hour to get there, I waited for over 90 minutes only for them to tell me that they couldn't. The ladies said "No. I don't know why they told you that." It was a simple exchange that they refused to help me with. This was frustrating to say the least. I had my order number, receipt and the perfect shoes still in the box. Terrible customer service.

I had bought a blazer and asked if they had a garment bag instead of folding it, and they seemed really reluctant to even check. One of them finally went to look and said they were out.
