The clothing itself is great. The workers inside were so nice, but this store is getting a one star review for the woman who organize the event for the backpacks. She was so rude!!My son asked for a ticket and she told him no because he wasn't doing anything .we waited two hours to get backpacks and she proceeded to let people she knew go in front . She asked for YELP reviews so here it is . If you conducted yourself in a more professional manner maybe you wouldn't have so many bad reviews . I think this store had some cool selections but the prices were pretty much the same online for what I wanted. I would've bought all my items here but as soon as I walked in my friend and I were just stared at and the workers were deep in a conversation about something random. It seemed as if one guy was going to say hello but then he literally stopped mid word. That's so weird. The black dude was the only friendly one in there. The guy with the long hair only nods and shakes his head like he can't even speak to answer questions yet very chatty with the employees. I don't understand why some businesses don't get that half the battle of selling something is having good people skills and customer service. I literally went home and spent my $600 on GOAT and other sites finding the same items because I certainly refuse to support a business like this. I'll definitely never be back here again. Whether you're looking for kicks, pants/jeans, Ts, Jackets, Sweaters, socks etc. I know when I walk in I'm going to see the latest clothes that just came out and that usually most other places don't carry. The owner Sam, and the manager Mo, as well as all the employees are always so helpful and courteous. They are professional and their prices are so soo sooo good. It's a family business so you don't feel like you're walking in to some corporate place, BUT they still provide the same (actually better) service and products that the big name stores do. Tried exchanging some shoes for a diff size & dude told me sales are finale although on the receipt it clearly states in fine print that "ALL OTHER ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS WITH RECEIPT AND TAG NON - USED MERCHANDISE" even though the shoes were brand new and I had just bought them less than two hours before the manager or cashier guy who ever he was turned me down.
