strongly advise against visiting this location. I recently tried to make a simple return on behalf of my grandmother (with full proof of purchase and her approval), and it turned into a nightmare. The employees were dismissive and completely unhelpful. Because I originally used a prepaid card that I no longer have, they refused to issue a refund to my personal credit card. Apparently, their policy demands the original form of payment, but the way they enforce it is beyond rigid and frankly vague. The manager was rude both times I tried to resolve this, and I've never encountered such inflexibility at any other store. It's just a return! First, let me tell you about the door greeter/customer counter, Paula! She was the sweetest, kindest, and totally had us smiling the whole time we waited to get in. Pleasant and personable. Genuine small talk that made the time go by. Once we were in, we found 3 of the same style that we loved and couldn't decide on the color. We went over and asked her for her opinion. She was AMAZING!! Helpful, gave her reasonings and really helped narrow it down to 2 colors....so we purchased both! She is such a sweet person, knows styles, trends and seasons on what colors would go best for each and what occasions. Never had that kind of personable and totally impromptu service. For starters, I have never stepped foot into a Michael Kors store, I didn't even dare want to know the price for a Michael Kors purse... but something led me here last weekend while I was hitting up the outlet mall with my Mom. We walked in and we were greeted by Jill along with some small talk about the weather... totally fine, in fact I'd do the same if I were working in retail because there is only so much you can do to keep yourself busy in a small store after you've already cleaned and straightened everything 100 times already. She didn't follow us around, get too pushy or annoying and I loved it. Some stores get like that and make me want to leave... I need minimal assistance buying a purse, I know what I like. My mom, on the other hand...she has this thing about the size, and the pockets, and the length of the straps, etc. In fact, I asked Jill and her co-worker if my mom could dump out the contents of her purse and try them in one of their purses and they were glad to do so...the other girl brought in another purse too for her to try (she ended up buying that one) and the one she tried out she purchased for me for a Christmas gift. The prices here aren't bad - several items were marked $25% off so you can get a decent bag for $200 and under - there are also accessories, wallets, etc. SOME clothes but I was here for a purse. Overall...service was great, friendly, not too pushy and annoying...I'd definitely come back!!!! read more

MK is great and the associates here are always helpful and pleasant. What I really like about this MK is that they will resize a watch for you even if you didn't buy it at this particular location. I get MK watches from other department stores or online and they never hesitate to help with a resize. They have a good variety of bags for all you ladies too. Not many options for men here. I was unaware of their return policy. When I went to return a purse, within 30 days, they told me I could only receive a merchandise credit. She told me the sales associate told me it when I bought it. I explained I would not have bought it knowing that since I was unsure about the purse to begin with. She then went on to tell me I should have read it on the back of my receipt. So after I purchase it I find out?! She then said it is posted here, by the register, in 12 point font. I was so irritated I drove an hour and a half for nothing. I turned around and gave the purse to a woman outside. I will never purchase another Michael Kors! read more

I was there on 4/11/15 to buy my wife a purse that she wanted for her birthday, I didn't care about cost. But the associates were very rude and never approached us to see if we needed help I looked at 3 associates directly and they looked at me and turned around like if I was garbage. Do yourself a favor and train your associates to treat everyone the same I felt more like we were being followed to see if we were going to steal.
