I never thought dealing with a clinic would be such a difficult task. Not only that but i have never had such rude workers before. Now not all the workers are horrible. Some of them were very nice to me through my surgery I had. Oh wait that was Dreyer workers I forgot that was actual hospital workers. They are the least helpful people I have ever met and not to mention so unorganized they have messed up my information several times and also misdiagnosed me twice. I have also had several emails ignored, I have had people who don't know information they should I've had to call and be transferred to explain my story about 5 times, I've been told to call them to find out when I do call them that they have no notes on why I needed to call them so they don't tell me anything to call me again and have to call back again. To go in with an infection to be told I'm fine and don't have an infection, to come in a week later to have a different dr tell me I do indeed have an infection. To have them tell me they won't test my blood for what I asked them too. To have to call them and request them to test it to have them tell me "we can't do that unless it's approved by the dr" even though I asked them specifically for that blood test. They also don't explain what's wrong with you when your sick they just say "you have -" "it happens to some people" okay well why? You don't get any chance to ask questions because they rush you out of their so quickly. They aren't considerate of the people at all, maybe I don't understand the long shifts they work but seriously get your shit together! Especially get everyone on the same page you've got people telling me different stuff to making me wait forever to even get a drs appointment because you think I don't need to be seen. I most definitely will be switching drs that's for sure. It's sad because the drs some of them are really good while others not so much but it's the nurses attitudes that ruin it all. Especially whoever answers the phones they never know ANYTHING then transfer you to have you explain who you are and why you are calling to like 4 different people. I'm very disappointed to say the least. (Excuse the typos that may have occurred)

Serious lack in transparency in billing resulted in my bill being double what I had researched…read more(based on what my doctor had specifically told me). When I called to resolve this issue I was told "sorry, but the services were rendered and correct". They didn't care that I was misinformed. Additionally, I was sent a paper bill that was almost $30 higher than the bill in the app that they use. Got it cleared up that I need to pay the (slightly) lower amount, but make sure to ask EXACTLY what billing codes will be used or you will end up paying for extra for "services rendered" that you didn't even know about.

They truly made mistakes at every single step- from transferring my records from my previous facility (my doctor retired, he was the absolute best!) and losing them THREE times, to scheduling errors, the nurses providing inaccurate information. And now, 5 years after using their terrible services, they misplaced my signed documentation for donating my remaining embryos to science and are now charging me $1,000 in embryo storage fees. I have been trying to get to the bottom of this for nearly a year, and have continued to be told the wrong information, sent to different offices, and have been constantly given the runaround. Infertility is terrible enough, and a chapter I thought I had closed, and now Kindbody is adding salt to the wound and not taking any accountability for their mishaps. AVOID this place at all costs!
