The prescriptions made her health worse and we went back multiple times to find an answer. I thought rush would have great doctors but never again. The general staff at front desk was unbelievable. They had horrible customer service and could provide a plethora of examples but only bring more anger so I won't. The front desk staff couldn't even send all the paper work right to our new Neurologist. One doctor diagnosed my wife who has been having chronic migraines for years with stress and provided a prescription that made my wife even worse. What type of Doctors are being hired here? We eventually went to a neurologist in Geneva. Dr. Lekah . He has been great on finding the right medicine that works for chronic migraine patients. Please do your research before going to Rush and getting a doctor. Peoples lives are on the table...

As he was putting in my symptoms on the computer the computer told him to check vitamin levels, he wasn't sure that would be it, but I said to include it. Sure enough I was extremely low in multiple vitamins. Had I not insisted things would have gotten extremely serious. Please do not waste your time or money with Dr Milani. Front Office staff is horrible they didn't take you serious. The nursing staff is fabulous! They only good thing about this office

This doctor accused me of selling my vicodin on the street when it didn't show up in a urine test…read moreafter researching on the NIH web site, I found several reasonswhy the urine test was not valid fot my circumstances. That's what happens when you get a doctor who is not educated in an area in which he attempts to practice. I've taken vicodin on an as needed basis for advanced osteoarthritis, for eight years. When I moved, I found this guy and I even asked if he would feel comfortable prescribing it. He said sure, and then threw me out of his practice when he could not manage my meds after all. I suspect the real reason is, he started missing appts with me, without giving 24 hours notice. I complained, and the same day, he had someone from his office call and tell me not to come back. Very irresponsible and unprofessional: two characteristics you don't want in a doctor!

First things he asked was if my mother spoke English, if she is a US citizen, and if she has a drivers license. I'm a nurse and I don't understand what those questions had to do with the reason we were there. His staff was nice. I'll give him that. He didn't wash his hands nor did he use sanitizer. He didn't even use gloves when he started examining my mother's breast. He flat out said "it's cancer" without having any tests done. And his pant zipper was down the entire time. We ended up finding a different oncologist who has patience and compassion for her patients.

Pediatrician extraordinaire! I can't find a better doctor for my kids anywhere. She's also the…read morehead of Pediatrics for all of Dreyer Clinic, so she's medically and operationally savvy. Always answers our questions leisurely, the kids love her, and we can usually see her upon short notice or else her associates see us - also good. Her nurse practitioner, Joan Hofer, is outstanding. My insurance no longer covers routine physicals, which the baby still has often, and Dr. Eckberg was cool enouh to reduce her fee which really helped. Nice nurses and receptionists (great phone skills!). You never feel like you're talking with clock-watchers.

Dr. Eckberg was my son's pediatrician and I think she is absolutely wonderful. She is warm, spends…read moretime with both parent and child, is thorough and very reassuring. She references her experiences with her own children and has a wonderful bedside manner. The only reason I am not giving her 5 stars, is that we found the after hours coverage of her office terrible. When you call after hours, they link you to a random nurse at a hospital; we had to call a few times and found the nurses completely unhelpful. Dr. Eckberg, however, deserves 5 stars.
