I could overhear all of it including the voicemails of people's sickness and everything else. The doctor I was seeing there literally had a head nurse that sounded like she was on drugs and half asleep on her voicemail and when I brought it to his attention he banned me.. Now they've replaced that person and are calling me to schedule an appointment. You must be kidding me right? This place is absolutely horrible and I don't recommend it to anybody.

I was taken back to the exam room within 5 minutes of checking in. I waited maybe another 5 minutes max for the doctor to come in. My entire visit took less than 40 minutes and that is unheard of in the medical world. Kudos to the them for being so efficient and yet warm and friendly. Highly recommend them if you need a family physician.

In addition, they claimed that an affiliate lab had "lost" my blood sample, and that they had spent "hours" on the phone with the lab trying to figure it out. When I called the lab to follow up myself, they had all of my bloodwork available within 5 minutes. Not sure if the Kaysville clinic staff lied about my bloodwork being lost, but it certainly seemed suspicious, especially in light of how unresponsive they have been in the past.

Dr. Hibbard is very gentle, and highly intelligent. Perfect qualities for a general practitioner. Wendy Midgely is the PA, and it's the first time I've ever felt like a PA is MD caliber. I never feel "punished" if I can't book an appointment with Dr. Hibbard, & have to see Wendy instead. Wendy is so funny! I always get a laugh out of visiting with her. But that woman knows her stuff too. I have confidence that either lady in the office will diagnose me correctly. My husband also practices in the medical field. He is the one that referred me to Farmington Family Medicine. Dr. Hibbard is the MD that treats my husband too. Dr. Hibbard isn't a doctor exclusively for the fairer gender! The only downside to the practice is the office personnel. The employee at the front desk, that makes the appointments & checks patients in, always seems to change. But the employee that does the billing, and also interacts with patients is an ornery person! She isn't friendly, and I dislike interacting with her. Fortunately, once I make it past the front desk, I have access to great medical practitioners.

I have been to Dr…read more Obah for all of my injections and I trust him because he knows what he's doing and is a very intelligent doctor indeed. My regular doctor I see every month is Stacy Robinson and she is very amazing. She is very helpful and is always making sure I am taking care of. She has helped me tremendously. She is very smart and very knowledgeable about any questions and concerns I have had. I would recommend her to anyone!! The other doctors and staff are all very nice people and always very helpful.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the medical assistants are great as well, and I was very pleasantly surprised by my visit with Dana. She very clearly cares about her patients, sets realistic expectations, and spends the extra time needed to make sure the right approach is taken, and tries to treat the problem, not just the symptoms. I think that if you have a bad experience in this office, you probably need to go home and rethink your life.
