I needed a primary care physician so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kirkham. I've had ongoing health issues but haven't received successful treatments thus far. I explained that I needed help with medication management and possibly going a different route. During this appointment I felt very dismissed and talked over. My symptoms were brushed off and was told that what previous doctors have done is all that can be done. Recently saw Dr. Mike Kirkham who I have seen before, but it has been a long time. Mike is a decent doctor if you can get past the witches, with a capital B, in his staff who should have been kicked to the gutter years ago. Several on his entire staff has been with him since the beginning and have evolved into the rudest bunch of bitter old woman you can imagine. My husband went in two weeks ago for a major concern. Doctor Annemarie Christopulos, and Doctor Joshua Told, are two of the most incompetent doctors. First off, they had no idea what patients they were seeing. Dr Christopulos came in, did an exam, and left. Then Dr. Told came in, did the same exam, and left. As though the first exam never happened. They then led my husband to believe that he had some major disease that they were "almost" 100% certain of. Like a life changing disease. Come to find out, the very next day, all test results were NEGATIVE! My husband went back to a different doctor at a different location to run some blood work to verify or not what he was being told. Turns out, the blood work was NEGATIVE for the things they were telling him he had. As a doctor, you should NEVER tell a patient what you think they have unless you have proof otherwise. Especially not before test results come back to verify what may or may not be going on. My husband and I were furious with these two doctors! Beware!!!!! The only reason this clinic deserves one star when in reality they deserve nothing is because the Dr. Steven Brown is a great doctor. However, the rest of his office is an absolute joke. I have recently moved out of state and in need of a new endocrinologist but you need a referral for every doctor. I have called FIVE times and have always been sent to voicemail. They claim "we try our best to get back to you within 24 hours". Nope! I cant talk to an actual human being and have left five voicemails with no return. This has caused a significant delay in continuation of care. Absolutely the worst office and clinic I have ever been to. It is very unfortunate that such a great doctor works for such a lazy, deceiving, and unreliable office. I gave them two stars because I was going to only give them one after the horrible experiences I have had with the doctors downstairs. I was not going to return here but because I was getting a ride for son and the person giving me a ride gets bad anxiety going places further out or that she is not familiar with and because I was only getting a referral for my son to go elsewhere for physical therapy I went ahead and took a chance on this place. I have to say I feel blessed to have met Dr. Tatha. If I could rate the doctor I would give her 5 stars or above. I was so totally nervous to go here but she was like a breath of fresh air. She was sweet and really took time with my son to make sure there were no other concerns. She got us in quick. I have had trouble keeping his weight up and she sent us home with a whole bag of pediasure. I might just come back for well all of my sons pediatric visit. I still will never go downstairs! I had some very bad health problems that needed to be checked out and downstair doctors gas lighted me tried to make me feel like I needed to see a shrink for thinking I have health problems they don't want to take time to look into. I went to another doctor who diagnosed and treated me. So anyways yeah if you go here GO UPSTAIRS and ask for Tatha because she's great! read more

I'm very disgusted with Tanner clinic! (I'm sure there's some good doctors here, but the experience my husband and I have had, doesn't make us want to stay at Tanner clinic) Even before the "covid crisis" which I think mostly is an excuse to not get back to your patients, I wait a week to a week and a half to hear back from my doctor (well my doctor's nurse) about my Prescriptions! ( I'm currently still waiting since last Tuesday and today is the next Tuesday since I talked to her) I had to call again today and leave another message!! But I have to talk to her, and then she talks to him, and then she calls me, I guess this how it works but I should never wait more then a day or two! My husband waited almost two weeks to hear about a HEART monitor! I was not very happy about this, he had to drive up there in person, he got the run around for another week! they are never in the office, they NEVER answer the phones! If you can't handle the load of patients you have.... you should stop taking new patients! Also I can never get my doctor to renew my prescriptions, without him wanting me to make another appointment! I'm currently in search of a new doctor! He seems uninterested and mostly annoyed that he was talking to me. I am unimpressed, and have no confidence in the doctor or his staff. My wife had an appointment with Dr. Kirkham on Monday. The receptionist was polite. When the nurse called her back she was still giving her information to the receptionist. The nurse immediately became visibly annoyed and started pacing and huffing and puffing. She went back and was came out quickly. (She was just seeing them to get refills on her Rx) It has now been a week and they have not filled the Rx at the pharmacy. The pharmacy has contacted them at least 3 times and have been giving my wife advances on the scripts. I have never had this problem with any doctors office, ever. We will never go here again. The saying around these parts is Tanner is where people go to die. read more

I need to find a new Dr. Tanner Clinic is fired. I went to urgent care on Monday and Cassie Whittier treated me with wimpy antibiotics for a UTI and said to call in a few days if things didn't improve. Things didn't improve. I have a kidney infection. (I have had kidney infections before. They are Hell. ) They left a lame voicemail asking me to call them.... instead of sending the needed prescription to the pharmacy I mentioned in my voicemail. Of course they were closed the next day and tried to pat themselves on the back for leaving me a useless voicemail without calling in a prescription . Now they require me to go in for a renal ultrasound and pay another office visit on a Friday afternoon for something that should've been take care of on Monday. (10/2) read more

Was involved in a serious accident and when released from the hospital I was strongly encouraged to follow-up with my primary care physician to coordinate some needed surgeries. Dr. Yates would not fit me in for another 7 days, even after I explained myself 3 times, and when I walked in to see his PA or RA who referred me back to the ER. Thank heavens I have a doctor in my family who helped me coordinate from out of state. Only use Tanner Clinic if you only need a flu shot, they will make time for those. read more

Let me start with. The staff is very friendly and treat you with respect. The patient dr privacy is great. However their verification of the HIPPA act is sketchy at best know that I called about medical information and surprising didn't have to verify who I was. Further more after being billed, I called concerning the amount of my bill. Was told clinic policy is to charge this, then told well it is up to the doctor, well which is it? They fully support charging healthy insured people more for basic services. Save you time and money if you are healthy and go elsewhere. However if you require a lot of medicinal related visits this is a great place to be. read more

Worst experience EVER!! Dr. Lindsay Florek should NEVER be allowed to treat any patient that walks into her office!!! I went in last night (01/10/2019) at 4:35 to been seen for a disclocated hip, the man who checked me in told me that I would be seen by a doctor and not through urgent care, he told me to go to the second floor, I had fallen more than once trying to get to the elevator in front of patients and other people who worked there!! The man who checked me in was kind and offered me a wheel chair to sit in to get to the elevator, I told him I was okay because I was so embarrassed!! By the time I got to the second floor I found a spot to sit down, I had been waiting up there for awhile and a surgeon who does not work there asked if I have been helped I went to stand up to see if he was taking me back and the surgeon had to catch me because I fell as I was trying to get out of the chair, he was very kind and caring and rushed down to see if someone was going to come get me!! I was still under the impression I was seeing a normal doctor, not a urgent care doctor. When Dr. Lindsay Florek came in she explained she was an urgent care doctor!! Dr.Florek was beyond cruel to me, she humiliated me, belittled me and treated me like I was not a person I told her I was not there to get pain med, I explained to Dr. Florek that I dislocated my hip and how my husband was able to put it back in place, Dr. Florek looked at me like I was Lying, crazy and started talking to me like I a complete nobody and I was just there looking for pills!! Dr. Florek told me she would put and order in for a CT scan and a MRI, she asked me if I was sure she really wanted that cause it sounds like your just looking for pills, I told her yes and after Dr. Florek asked me what medications I was allergic to she offered me norco, I explained that I get really sick with norco and could she prescribe the generic brand of Norco, Dr.Florek right away started rolling her eyes and started treating me like I was a drug addict!! After the doctor walked out with the door open I tried getting off the table and fell off, I heard the doctor and her nurse saying horrible things about me, they heard me fall and did not come in to try helping me like the surgeon did when I fell, I heard her laughing, like I was faking the fall and then she stormed in the room threw the paper at me and stormed back into the office with the nurse and they continued laughing and talking...but very quietly!!! This doctor should never be allowed to treat anyone, I have never been more humiliated and mortified in my entire life!! read more

Good for kids, awful for adults. I will never go to the instacare or primary care again. Their RA Lindsay for instacare basically chided me for coming in too much. I couldn't believe it. My primary care (Kirkham) is rude and impatient. They are more interested in getting you out of there than really fixing your issue or alleviating your concerns. I switched to IHC. They were awesome. I didn't realize how awful these doctors were until I tried somewhere else. They resolved my issues at IHC with one visit. They were pleasant and nice. I wrote this review after seeing Lindsay at Harmons. I waved at her on the way in and on the way out. She gave me a dirty look both times and ignored me. Honestly, I think she is just a rude, self-absorbed doctor that is too good for normal people. I will never go into that place ever again. I am happy with the pediatricians there. They answer our questions patiently. They also took care of our new daughter. It doesn't make up for the trouble I had though. read more
