Michael was a dream to work with! We went to an open house and wanted to put in an offer, but we didn't have a realtor or our pre-approval letter. We pinged Michael via Zillow and he worked with us on a Sunday (his birthday weekend none the less) and helped us get everything in order, and we actually got the offer in by the Monday morning deadline! I can't recommend Michael Ross enough. It was a happy accident that someone showing a house we wanted to see in our neighborhood recommended him. By Michael's observations there, and at a few other house visits that day we found out he: * Listened to us closely * Asked intelligent questions about what was important to us * Had excellent observations about the quality of the house features * Knew the building codes, current market conditions, neighborhoods and their history We thought it would be a months' long process. We only moved here a year ago and don't know the neighborhoods well, had a strict budget AND wanted a house with a suburban-sized yard very close to public transit (I laughed when I said that too). We were stunned to find suitable places within days, and found the perfect one in 2 weeks (solid construction, well maintained, 2 fireplaces, solar - everything that was *actually* on our list but the hot tub!). Mike knew exactly which month and day we needed to get our townhouse listed to create a buyers frenzy and to get us above listing price. We are first-time homeowners and we cannot recommend Michael Ross enough!! We first met Michael in the spring of 2020 when we were just beginning our house shopping journey.
