I spoke with a very humble and extremely nice gentleman that worked there by the name of Tim. He took his break to take the time to assist us. He had the right tools in his vehicle along with the wisdom, knowledge and instructions. My husband along with Tim was able to get to the key fob. He went above and beyond his call of duty. We can't thank Tim enough, a promotion or recognition is well deserved. This world would be a much better place if they had the attributes that Tim carries. Thank you!

I shrugged it off and took my purchase to the register. The cashier, Janice, was very chatty with the people in front of me, to the point of slowing down the line enough to make one woman walk away. She was smiling, happy, and seemed very friendly. When I got to the register, I said "hello, how are you today?" and got a "Hi, Will you be paying with your Peebles charge?" "No, I have a gift card" she sighed like it was a problem and when I told her I had a coupon, well, she just scanned it and told me the price. No "thank you, no have a nice day" Just handed me my bag and looked past me to the next person. Seriously?! I checked to make sure my teeth were clean and I nothing hanging out of my nose when I got in the car! There is really no reason to be snotty to customers no matter how they are paying for something. I usually overlook little things but it's not the first time I've seen this kind of snobby behavior by the employees here. I won't be back. There are other nice boutiques in the area who will gladly take my money with a smile.

But they also have good quality items here as well. The Icon line, for example, is comparable to any brand like Snap On or Matco. And they have a lifetime warranty. I went for the parking lot sale and every item included in the sale was in stock and easily identified.
