Manners are important, and this guy doesn't have any. You'll get better manners from a big-box insurance company. UPDATE: At around 15 minutes after I posted the above review, I got four phone calls in rapid succession from three different phone numbers--one of which was this company's phone number and one of which said "restricted"--with a voicemail from Joe Cox. This guy, Joe Cox, was too "busy" to properly end our conversation (he hung up on me), yet he is not too busy to be quite bothered by my honest review. His voicemail states that my review leads him to believe that I am confused...that he was simply being direct. No, what I am is honest. There is a way to be direct and still have proper manners, and maybe Joe Cox will learn that someday. I myself am direct, but I have proper manners. I do not recall ever in my life treating a person in the way that I was treated by Joe Cox.
