Can't believe I haven't reviewed them sooner. I currently use them to insure 5 autos and have referred at least one additional client their way. And told countless others about them. The business is an agent for Mercury Insurance, which is widely recognized in CA as providing among the most competitive rates for insurance in the state. Don't sleep on Mercury or San Ramon Insurance Agency (SRIA for short). Tracy the owner is really nice, handling many smaller concerns promptly & personally. And the young ladies in her employ are also equally charming & helpful. Their nearly perfect reviews speak for themselves. Really great semi-small outfit & model for other similar sized businesses.

Even when I needed to get my car fixed and was stressed out, this company and staff did a great job handling the situation and communicating. They're very people oriented which I give them praise for because people can be absolutely awful sometimes. Allstate can be a pain sometimes when they up policy prices without notice. recently my policy went up because i'm not a teenager and i'm not an older person so apparently that middle age bracket gets charged more now? pretty lame. ...but thats got nothing to do with this amazing team. so grateful to be connected with them.

I spoke with their office, and Darryl and his team blamed this on corporate. Blaming corporate showed a lack of accountability. Pure greed. Best wishes. Bill in question due date 3/14 and payment sent on 3/14. Cancellation notice was sent on 3/13. I've never made a claim with you, and I paid you when you said the money was due for all these years, never paid a bill even a day past due. This corporate policy is possibly unjust. I really hope I am not understanding something correctly. I'm gonna go ask my apartment complex if they actually want the money on the due date stated in my lease each month. I'd hate to have to pay 6 months of rent up front as a punishment for paying them on time.

But I had to make an exception for Karen Sahota from SahotaInsuranceServices - with whom I had worked for over 20 years: Karen Sahota from SahotaInsuranceServices. She and her team always looked out for my best interest and worked diligently during every rate increase to ensure we got the best insurance coverage at the best price. With her experience, she will also provide you detailed analysis(simplified for me, of course) of why things are the way they are and what's our best option. I've had Home and Auto Insurance from multiple Insurance firms, and I always used to shop and compare myself(yes, I'm that OCD), but Karen's offer had always been the best. I've never had any issues dealing with a claim with any of the insurers she recommended. At this point, I believe whatever she says.     I have been with Liberty Mutual for over a decade and had the worst experience ever! My storage was…read morebroken in 6/23/24, I filed my claim 7/22/24. From the first conversation with the adjuster John Steele, I knew he was gonna be a problem. He refused to answer questions and it got worse...he doesn't know how to use email. This man sent my storage company an email with no introduction, nothing about my policy...he just forwarded his contact information. From there I requested his supervisor whose name is Bryce Buckley. Lord have mercy, he was just as bad. He gave me the usual, "we're doing everything we can" and " no worries, we'll take care of you" after I told him I never want to deal with John ever again. He reassured me he'll handle my claim quickly. Guess what, I submitted all documents per their email only for him to tell me to use the app. Once I returned from vacation and after making it very clear verbally to Bryce and a representative who answered the phone that I never want to deal with John, I have a voicemail and email from John yet again smh. I submitted my documents 10/26/24 through the app and emailed them directly to Bryce Buckley and guess what...nothing!!! Nothing for 90 full days. I called to file a complaint againt John and Bryce through the Presidential Service Team (PST) on 1/27/25. My claim was finally moved to a wonderful adjuster named Breonna Griffin who completed my claim in 3 business days. The Consumer Affairs Specialist II named Anthony Duty who took my complaint had the audacity to regurgitate what Breonna Griffin did on my claim and then tell me, "if you should have further questions or need assistance on your claim, please contact adjuster Brianna Griffin to further review the matter and gives her contact information... Or Team Manager Bryce Buckley." Now why would anyone direct me to contact the same person who did absolutely nothing on my claim for 90 days???? The same person who continued to allow John to call and email me after I said I never wanted to deal with him? Bryce should be terminated from his Team Manager position because he failed me big time. I hope Liberty Mutual has access to Bryce and John's emails and call logs recordings to see just how ridiculous they're behavior was. I'll quote my 10/26/24 email... Hi Bryce, I have completed the itemized list online, the app wasn't working. Below are screenshots of the completed items. Upon returning from my trip, I received an email and a voicemail from John Steele after I said multiple times that I wanted no further contact from him. As promised, I will move forward with my complaint to Liberty Mutual's corporate office as his behavior at this point is harassing. As his supervisor, you too are allowing it and that deserves Liberty Mutual's corporate's attention. Should I suspect any retaliation on your end, I will move accordingly. All of my auto claims have been handled swiftly and professionally and that's why I'll keep my policies for now.

No way to talk to a person. Thursday afternoon still trying to get the claims adjuster to do her job. Meanwhile, the insurance company for the guy who hit me has called, taken a statement, and offered to have the claims run through that company. It is more complicated, but it may be the only route. Definitely considering another home for my four insurance policies. The one time I have needed LM, they failed -- and are still failing.

So I put in my zip code and Onstad's insurance agency was one of the first one that popped up. I decided to give them a call. The phone conversation was very promising and engaging. I spoke to an agent who explained he could assist me with getting a quote but he'll need further information. He asked me a couple questions and said he'll send me an e-mail with the information he needed. I received the email as he said. I responded with the requested information in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, the insurance agent never responded to me. So I was never provided any quote or any follow-up. There wasn't a courtesy email that he was behind or he couldn't help me based on my information. My coverage already expired so I had to move onto someone else to better assist me in a timely manner. TL;DR No one was able to assist me after I provided all the requested info via e-mail.
