I've never made a claim with you, and I paid you when you said the money was due for all these years, never paid a bill even a day past due. This corporate policy is possibly unjust. I really hope I am not understanding something correctly. I'm gonna go ask my apartment complex if they actually want the money on the due date stated in my lease each month. I'd hate to have to pay 6 months of rent up front as a punishment for paying them on time.
