We worked with Michael Leach for our wedding. From the beginning he was fun to work with and loved our ideas for music and ambiance. I think he wound up playing every single song we initially requested and kept the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at great energy levels for the entire evening. Normally I can be kind of a stick-in-the-mud about noise, but he made sure to keep the music just loud enough where everyone could still hear one another. He offered a lot of other nice touches as well, such as lights and microphones for myself and our officiant. I've have been to several weddings and as a guest and you know music is very important at a wedding. That is why I chose MichaelAngelo Music for my wedding. Michael and Angelo were both very professional throughout the whole booking process. They responded to emails right away. Prior to my wedding they sent a detailed form to fill out so they had all the correct information and names for the day of in order to make sure the day went smoothly. Our wedding day was perfect! The ceremony, dinner, and reception music were all perfect. As soon as the reception music started people were on the dance floor and did not leave until the last song at the end of the night. Angelo played a variety of songs that guests young and old danced to. We received so many compliments about how great the DJ was and how awesome the wedding was. We just got married at Michael's Tuscany Room on 11/5/11 and it was actually the catering manager there, Carol Ann, who recommended MichaelAngelo Music as our DJ. Boy, was she 100% right! Michael was our DJ and he was outstanding. I hosted a 50th birthday party last Saturday night with over 100 guests at the Vortex in Los Angeles and hired Michael to DJ for us. I had never done anything on that scale before and Michael assisted and guided me with such patience and professionalism at every step in the planning. On the night of the party they came early to set up and were even prepared with additional lighting in case it was needed (and it was). They rocked the house all night long! We had a burlesque dancer and a video presentation which required announcing and special music. Michael handled the task and transition flawlessly. We used MichaelAngelo Music for our wedding last month and I couldn't have been happier with them. Michael was very professional and courteous from the first time we spoke on the phone. We had some pretty specific requests and had even made a couple of our own playlists for certain parts of the reception and he executed everything exactly as we asked him to. This is the third time I have used MichaelAngelo Music and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are the most professional, creative and accommodating DJ's I've seen. They provided the lighting and music for my boyfriend's 50th Birthday Party (it was more like a wedding). It was a New York themed party, we had a New York Skyline built around the ballroom and they made it come to life with the back lighting. The back lighting created the mood for the room, the amber lights made the sets pop. They gave us the option to change the lighting throughout the night but it was already perfect!! Both Michael and Angelo came and set up the lights and sound system. They made sure everything was to our liking. They worked spotlights for our dinner entertainment; they were on top of everything. We also selected a custom DJ booth, they gave us different options to go with our theme and they just added to all of our personal touches. My boyfriend also had a lengthy playlist and given them some very hard music to find, they more than accommodated us. They kept the night following perfectly. You can put a lot of time and effort into a party but if doesn't have good music and a DJ who keeps things going your guest will leave early. We had the biggest crowd until the very ended!!
