The salon is always clean and tidy. I get my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Aliana. I love that she takes her time, is very detailed, and has the sweetest demeanor. She also does the waxing of my eye brows and upper lip. My nails usually last two weeks and sometimes even longer. I get my hair cut, blow dried, and any treatments done with the talented Ingrid (the owner.) Every time she washes my hair I feel brand new. My hair always shine and has no frizz after she's done. My blow dries always last too. I've gotten acrylics done with Sandra in the past and her work is beautiful. They use good products. I would highly recommend this place. On top of that, I wasn't even asked about the service I selected (Color Package 4, the highest package) to ensure everything was set up correctly. To make matters worse, while I was initially able to book a later time online, I was then asked to come earlier. This was fine with me, and I was told the technician would stay, and we wouldn't finish until 11 PM. By this point, my hair (or myself) hadn't even been seen yet. I understand that prices can change, but this situation made it hard to enjoy the experience, especially as a busy mom who rarely has time to pamper herself. Additionally, while the website recommends a consultation, the call felt more like reading the rules on the site rather than a personalized conversation, which I did take the time to read as it has taken me some time to try and find a new salon that is closer to my home. Better communication and a more thoughtful approach would have gone a long way. Overall, I hope the business can improve its customer service and communication so clients feel valued before they even arrive.
