He gave us a 10% discount on our drinks because he talked one of us into buying a drink when she wasn't planning on getting one.

There's also a paint room where you can throw paint at select designs and have fun in there, but don't worry - they give you something to cover your clothes with so you don't have to worry about getting paint all over yourself while you're in there. Their website also says you can paint wood signs. We saw a setup for epoxy resin, and shoe painting while we were there, too. If all of that isn't enough they also have axe throwing! Our new host was more attentive, present throughout the experience, and made us feel welcomed and ensured we were prepared. On the website, you can decide what experience you would like to have such as their signature candle in which you make two candles, the candle of the month or a cereal bowl candle experience. I chose the signature candle which was 75.00. Once I arrived, I noticed that the shop was cute and creatively decorated. I had the pleasure of meeting my host Becky who was sooo personable and simply Ahmazing! Becky explained how candle making works and discussed the scent bar in which I could choose between earthy, fruity or exotic scents for the candles and you can also select two candle jars. I decided to get a bigger candle jar which was an extra 10.00. Overall i became a chandler and made two beeyutiful candles and Becky gave me healing crystals and the large candle jar free of charge!! I was so grateful and appreciative being as tho It took me along time to accept nice things and blessings from people, I would always block it... but that's another story! Cork and candles!!! Since I "liked" their page I've been meaning to check them out. It took me awhile but finally got there last Friday night for a book reading/crafting event for kids for $5 I knew a little about the business and what they offered from Facebook but didn't really understand the concept till I was there. You can craft here a number of ways. On their walls they have tons of completed projects that can be customized just for you. Mainly the trendy graphic signs and such. For a fee they provide all the supplies, crafting space, and additional materials (glues, etc) as well as instruction. For graphic signs you pick from their enormous supply of specialty papers and they'll cut out the design on their circuit machine, provide instruction than you complete the project. You can customize the print, size, font, papers, and the backboard. You *may* even be able to bring your own design to them to see if it's something they can do. The crafting space is spacious and cozy - the perfect space to connect with friends and socialize while you craft. An added bonus is they do the clean up! While the projects on display are not for sale they are priced so you know how much it will cost to make. While I did feel the prices were the same or higher than buying the project premade from Etsy (for example) the experience and girls night out would make up for it. In addition to crafting on your own they offer workshops for specific projects ranging from graphic signs to string art - both for adults and children. The event we attended was a few days before Christmas. The children were encouraged to come in their jammies to hear a Christmas story, drink hot cocoa, than craft a wooden ornament. All for only $5! Our girls loved the experience and as grandparents we enjoyed that the painting, glue, and mess wasn't in our house! We'll definitely be back to craft some more.
