Very friendly staff. If you don't see what you want, mention it to an employee. They showed me a book and they were able to find me exactly what I need. I also use them for all of my jewelry repairs. Watch still isn't fixed, and I have repeatedly begged to just have it back, even though it is still broke. I left the store in tears. I have never written a one star review before, but I'm shaking and upset over getting screamed at for requesting my own property. I need the band resized, and we found out that Sophys already resized the band from a 6 to a 5.5 without our knowledge. Sophys told us that Verragio is now refusing to resize the band because of the great detail of the band. On Monday, one of those owners called me and said she would get back to us and never did. She was ignorant on the phone and did not seem to care that we now have a band that doesn't fit because of their store. We have called/texted all three owners private numbers and none have returned our messages. Now we are stuck with a $2700 band that does not fit and cannot be resized.
