I was able to buy it online and go into the store to pick it up! They were super fast. I went into the store and let the associate know that I had an item I ordered waiting for me and they gave me my order almost instantly . I told the staff that I had been looking for this item for a while and they let me know that they had another location extremely close may have some more and they offered to phone them to ask them to put it on hold for me. They called and when I got to the other location the item was waiting for me behind the cash. Both stores have great service and a wide array of items. This is a Games Workshop Brand store, they sell Fantasy and Sci-Fi miniatures for gaming as well as…read morepaints and hobby tools. before I start this review I would like to say that I used to enjoy coming here a few months ago, everyone was friendly and the store was really clean. that changed a few months ago. The shop has a whole range of tools for modeling and painting under the "Citadel" brand. while they are decent tools, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. a pair of clippers will run you 40$ without tax, paints will cost you about 6$ a pot for about 12ml of actual paint, and a small bottle of plastic glue is about 10$. the pricing for tools and glue is very expensive and for this reasons i looked for alternatives. i found cheaper tools and glue for a fraction of the price, so i could buy more miniatures. This did not please GW, the manager of the store asked me to leave for having a bottle plastic glue out that wasn't "Citadel" brand. even though every time I'm in there I buy something to support the store. i found the store to be trying to rope in newer customers and push people away from there store who have experience in models and have their own tools. The store has completely turned me off from buying any Citadel products and has off put me from continuing to support their brand. I do NOT recommend newer customers or parents researching this hobby for their children go into a Game Workshop store, The way they treat their Customers is horrible, they drive out anyone looking to save a bit of money and demand that you be loyal only to them. if you wish to play Warhammer then I highly recommend looking for a Independent retailer. they are MUCH better then Corporate Games Workshop stores.

Over three weeks later both stores had done nothing. I had to personally drive to Hamilton to pick them up myself. Then when I was there, I had to wait 30 minutes before I could take them because the staff were having issues with their system and didn't seem to know how it worked. They also mispronounced my last name and joked about it. I will not be working with Henry's Camera again, which is sad, because it's where I have purchased almost all my camera equipment over the past 15 years. It seems they have really gone down hill.
