I was looking for a quote on sizing and having the stones in my ring replaced. I was pressured by the sales person to leave my antique engagement ring and have it sent to Aberdeen Ave which was suppose to take two business days. My ring ended up in Montreal and was going to take 3-4 weeks. I cancelled the quote still had to wait a week for it to come back as they couldn't accept packages during the midnight maddness sale. So disappointed. I'd rather pay much more for the service elsewhere than give business to a company that doesn't know the difference between 2 days And 3-4 weeks. read more

Terrible customer service. Long story short they told me my ring would take three weeks to size up, normally it's two weeks but the jeweller was busy. At the end of the three weeks I called to see if my ring was ready. They said they had to call the jeweller and check and they would call me back. They called me back and said my ring would be ready that afternoon and they would call me when it's ready. They never called. I went into the store on Saturday, thinking I could pick it up then. The staff told me my ring was in a safe and the safe can't be opened on the weekend. I said thats no good enough customer service. I turned to walk out and the staff asked me for my name and number and I said 'I'll be back'. I went back to the store on Monday and the manager had this whole story made up saying that I swore at the employee on Saturday, and because of that she wasn't going to do anything to reimburse me for the trouble that they caused. Also she told me that the ring never came in until Monday morning. They just keep lying all around and then made up more lies saying I swore at someone.
