Michael,the manager of the store in knightdale was extremely kind,generous and helpful.He exceeded all expectations I had a poster to frame.The poster got damaged .Not only they paid for the price of the poster ,they also framed a new poster the way that i requested it free of charge. And all the staff were very helpful and kind. They have the best selection of flowers. Definitely recommend it. read more

This store is so crowded with items that it is difficult to find things. Too many things in the isles. I go for painting supplies. Thought I would look for a few other things and had to get associate to help. She also had difficulty finding things. Very disorganized store. read more

I came in today, 9/22/2017 around 2-3 pm. I normally do not complain on Yelp about customer service but my mother and I could not believe how rude the staff was. We had one very nice associate, she didn't have a red shirt on so we believe she was a manager. However the two cashiers we had, a lady with glasses and a younger girl with her hair pulled back we're SO rude. The lady with the glasses was very sarcastic but not too bad. The young girl though, with reddish hair had the WORST attitude, extremely rude- disrespectful tone, rolled her eyes- We should've gotten their names down because I was very disappointed and shocked by the awful customer service. But as I stated earlier, very rarely do I complain about staff! I was even considering applying for a part time job at Michaels but will not now that I see the kind of attitude their workers are portraying. Not at all the spirit of Michaels! I will not be coming to Micheals nearly as much after this incident, at least not for a while! read more

This store is terrible! I visit this store when I am visiting my daughter. Every time I go,the stock is low and not restocked and the staff does not seem to care. I went today and stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out. Finally a second register was opened,however that cashier left to show a customer who was in line where items were located. The manager stood at the counter and did nothing to help. I finally put my items on the counter and left. I will never go back! The Michaels that I shop at in NH is wonderful,don't bother shopping at the Knightdale location. read more

I will start off by saying I only go to Michael's in a pinch because I find the prices at AC Moore to be so much better even on exact items. This Michaels is by far the worst Michael's in the area as every time I have been there the staff is rude there's always a long line to check out and nobody helps with anything. My last visit there I went into get one thing so I did not get a cart but I ended up walking around and picking up quite a few items to the point where my hands were overfull and I walked by at least five people working there who saw that I was struggling and nobody offered to help with anything even when I dropped something and was kicking it across the floor to make it to the register nobody helped at all. The lady overcharged me for four items and I noticed it as I was walking out so I turned around and went back to the register. She was clearly annoyed with me and did not want to change the prices to what they should have been. If it were just a few cents I would not have cared but it was a $30 discrepancy. Finally she made the price adjustment but she would not use my 25% off coupon that I had with my original order. She said it was because she had to manually change the price and I asked her why didn't she just manually change the price including the 25% discount and her answer was that she just couldn't. I was so irritated I decided not to fight it any longer and paid the higher price and left. Honestly the staff there is so unhelpful and they stand around and talk in little groups while the line to pay builds up. As usual I won't go back in there unless I am in a pinch and don't have the time to drive to AC Moore. read more
