Yeah never coming back. Why is it that the manger Jerika and Erica are always just sitting around and talking. I went to check out and heard them talking to one of their employees rudely. Is this how we treat our workers as mangers??? Do better Michael's. read more

Rude customer service and they blame you for prices being wrong even though sticker prices are incorrect.

Three stars only due to the selections are pretty good aside from things hardly being restocked. However if I could I would leave 1 star for the employees .. I am not a "Karen" I never leave bad reviews but I was shocked at the service I received tonight.. and I shop here frequently.. lol (I have experienced roughly maybe two staff members that seem like they actually enjoy life and know how to be an adult at this location, so I want to give them credit) tonight I went in and was using a $15 voucher I put in the wrong number for the voucher to be used and that's when things went downhill.. The girl called over her manager and the manager proceeded to tell me that I no longer could use the voucher I questioned her confused and they were able to use a voucher using the correct phone number. they just had to simply re-scan the few items I had, I also apologized for this since clearly my mistake.. during this they turn their backs to me and my fiancé and one employee passed a note to the other and roll their eyes and then kind of smirk to each other, my fiancé eyes got big from shock of this Middle school behavior and we just kinda stood there in disbelief. I'd also like to add this was not at closing time, no one was behind me in line and if it wasn't for it being $15 I would've said don't worry about it... The employees were not friendly. It was the first time I had been in this store in over 5 years. They do not have fabric or really anything in the sewing selection. They have yarn, beads, and paper in this store. I was very Disappointed. I asked an associate if I was missing the fabric section I was told there is 10 solid colors to pick from of pre cut fabric that's it or go online. If you have other hobbies or business needs go somewhere else. read more

Normally Michaels is great but today I walked up to a register with nobody in line only to find out the customer let the worker ring up her items then she had Togo to the car and get her purse. The worker chose to hold up the line and wait for the woman. I had my items and cash in hand yet I'm the one who had to wait. My lunch hour was fast running out and I had to leave my items and go. Not sure why people do this but I've seen it before. Michaels can you set a rule to favor the prepared? The person who left their purse in the car should've had her transaction cancelled and she should have to stand in line again. Normally I'd give Michaels a 5 but today it will be 1 Star. read more
