One person said, "I'll be right with you." after I had been in there for a few minutes. As I wondered around looking at different machines, no one came to see if they could help-- even after 10 minutes. As I was walking out, one of the women shouted, "Thank you for stopping in!" Yeah. I reached out to the shop and unfortunately they didn't have any more of the yarn I needed. Then, the next day I received a message, they found the yarn I needed! They shipped it to me right away. Wonderful customer service. I WILL definitely be ordering more yarn from Nan's Needleworks. I love to support local yarn shops (even if they aren't local to me).
