Brought the car there and only one person at the shop...assuming the manager. I explained I had an appt made online for 8am balance/alignment. The guy tells me he will not have any worker in til 9am and prob won't get to my car until 10am. When I explained I had an 8am appointment he told me that "they should've told me I'd have to wait." I responded "They? You mean the Mavis website that had 8am as an open slot?" He again said no workers come in until 9am (despite their store signage and website state open hour as 8am. Dude couldn't be bothered. Mavis evidently doesn't train employees for customer service. I left and took car to a local tire shop and zero issues.

Then a young man grabbed our tire and told us to pull over to an open bay. Within 7 minutes he hurried over with the repaired tire and carefully put it back on, put air in the little spare and replaced everything in the trunk. The charge was 7 dollars. The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.
