The great thing was that he anticipated some of the problems that would happen with my 'ideal' fencing scenario. I thought to myself this was leading up to an 'upsell' but what Robert came back with was better looking and almost a third of the price less than the original plan. Take a bow, Robert. Why say yes to a small job (simple sheet steel job) if you are not going to do it. Caused me no end of problems. Steer clear unless you like waiting for nothing to get done. I still can't understand just why someone would carry on like that but there you go. I gave up phoning him in the end (ten days later) and went elsewhere, where the job was done in a day. As I said, I just cannot understand the strange carry on of tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Just say NO so I can get someone else to do the job. People like this are strange.
