Thankfully, the clock repair team placed all new parts in the shell and now it works perfectly. My family was so happy that this clock was repaired and chimes like it used to. When my girlfriend, God bless her, decided to change her opinions at the last minute, Sarah was willing to do the process over according to the new set of specifications. She gave me multiple moissanite stones to choose from and in the end, my fiancée has a ring that she loves. It turns heads and gets complimented all the time. I am so proud of it and couldn't have done it without everyone at JH Faske. Update: 10/8/22 I forgot to mention that they will back everything they do and want you to bring it in once every 6 months for a cleaning and touch up.
