This office doesn't even deserve one star. Been with State Farm for 10 years. We had substantial leaks inside our home and significant damage to our roof. Several local roofers assessed and told us we had hail and wind damage. When we tried to submit a claim, we were given a bunch of garbage excuses. Nobody wanted to help us. Michelle barley communicates and has all her staff work for her instead. Instead of helping us, we received a letter they would no longer be carrying our insurance. After 10 years of payments and needing insurance help, they bail. Don't work with this office. I suggest you find another agency! read more
