Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

Particularly, navigating the home warranty process (she caused delays by trying to book the wrong warranty on behalf the of the wrong party), and calling 311 to get lines marked (she caused major delays by not ordering it properly, that was her story after the first 72 hours past, which changed after it turned into a week). I would expect a premier or lifestyle realtor, as she claims to be, to be well versed in the processes, capable of coaching her clients and navigating all 3rd party processes. One way she did not demonstrate integrity was she knew we were moving from out of state, and she tried to say "That's just the way the market is in Tulsa." What she didn't know is that we are from Tulsa and recognized that as untrue and opportunistic. Finally, she left the "for sale" sign stuffed in a tree instead of removing it from the property. I would not recommend working with JoAnna Blackstock if you can avoid it.

The billing department is always a week late post rent!! And their maintenance group/ Latchel is the worst part! I've been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for a month now. The first time, she sent me some documents but didn't answer my questions. The 2nd time, she tried to pawn me off on an associate, who I was unable to contact, so my questions again were not answered. The 3rd time, she told me to go get my own agent, and again, didn't answer any of my questions. Enough bad service is enough. Time to write a review. As the listing agent on these assets, Diana Gotwals is the person who has, or should have, the most knowledge about them. She is the person who should take a moment to answer my questions and to send me requested photos and reports. She has a strong incentive (money) to be helpful. If I end up buying the asset, she then receives both sides (buyer and seller) commissions. And often, I return to the same agent to re-sell the home. I feel she is being extremely short-sighted and sending the wrong message to all of her clients -- that she is not willing to "do the work" and is not interested in their business.
