Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all and neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa. read more

My initial experience with Tina was positive, with respect to her communication and paperwork. However; once actually moving into the house I quickly realized that I was sold a lemon and that the inspector she routinely uses left out a lot of serious, obvious, and expensive to fix problems. We were coming to Tulsa from California and were so glad that I had them to help us understand some of the ins and outs of the Tulsa market. We moved from Seattle to Tulsa and there were so many unknowns, the main one being, where would we live? Tina and Ryan were the first friendly faces we saw, (albeit via FaceTime) and before any talk of houses or business came up, they were simply kind to us. We related to them having a family, of making their own big move, and that we had so many things in common. Things like safety and schools were of great importance to them, and like instant friends rather than "business at all costs," they would tell us straight away if one house that looked nice on the outside was the right place for our particular wants. One house's foundation was off and they advised us right away. It's nerve racking to sell one home and be in between destinations, so though we were eager to just figure things out once we got to our new city, they assured us that we would find the right one. If there was even slight interest in certain homes and it passed their 'vibe' check, they would be in their car and Facetiming us. Their attention to detail, empathy for the chaos of moving, and reassurance guided us eventually to the perfect choice in home. Tina and Ryan are an absolutely incredible team who were with me every step of my twisting and turning home buying process. From the beginning, Tina sat down with me and explained everything about the home buying process (I knew NOTHING) and had incredible patience with me. She found gems for me to look at, and was on my side, never trying to talk me into anything I didn't like. She and Ryan walked through houses with me, explaining potential pit falls that might be found in the home inspection. Ryan looked behind every closed door to find the HVAC unit(s) to get an idea of how old the system was. When I was laid off and had to pause the search process, both Tina and Ryan were incredible understanding and kind, and I knew that when I started looking again, I would call them. As soon as I got a full-time job, we were full-time on the hunt again! Tina got to know what I liked (even if I didn't know or couldn't articulate it) and found some incredible places to see. They took me to see anything that I sent her, even though she knew I was unlikely to make an offer. When it was time to make an offer, she explained the process and helped me strategize. When the offer was accepted, we continued to strategize. Tina and Ryan were always on my side, helping to answer any questions I had whenever I had them. They went above and beyond countless times, and replaced the lock on the front door me when it stopped working the day before closing so I could walk through my front door! I wanted to help my 28-year-old son purchase his first home, and Tina and Ryan came highly recommended. They did such a great job listening to what he was looking for and finding a perfect (and very affordable) match! He had some specialized needs because he is a musician who needs a room in his home to be a dedicated studio, and they set out to find him exactly what he was looking for. We only looked with them for two or three days before they found the ideal home for him. He loves his place which has a porch and a big yard and is in a quiet neighborhood near lots of shopping. Great spot! I'm thrilled that with Tina and Ryan's help, we got him just the right start into home ownership. In addition to being such wonderful realtors, they are just generally great folks, and also so helpful with recommendations for everything from fencing vendors to plumbers.
