Fraudulent and deceptive practices. I contacted Chris for a…read moreconsultation about possibly filing for bankruptcy. I was told by email that the consultation would be free. During the consultation, I was advised that if I wanted to move forward in the future, I could place a $200 deposit, which would be refundable if I decided not to proceed. I paid the $200 under that agreement. For over four months, I have been requesting a refund. Each time I called or emailed, I was told the only way to get my money back was to schedule another meeting with Chris. After waiting two weeks for that meeting, it was canceled just 10 minutes before, with the excuse that the lawyer was unavailable. Later, I received a deceptive email stating I would not be refunded because Chris had already "met with me and discussed my options." That is not true -- we never agreed on any options, especially since my primary debt (student loans) could not even be included in bankruptcy. This office took $200 from me under the promise of a free consultation and a refundable deposit. That is dishonest, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of integrity. If a lawyer is willing to mislead clients over $200, they cannot be trusted with larger matters. I do not recommend this law office.

I needed an attorney to help settle a business dispute. When I called this firm, the receptionist…read moretook my detailed information and put me in touch with Josh Gildea. Josh called me back immediately and carefully listened to my issue to determined what I wanted from the outcome. He asked questions, decided what he could do as a litigating attorney but did not push me into litigation. After Josh spoke to the other party's counsel, he thought it would be best if I did not litigate but try to resolve the matter amicably. He put me in touch with his associate Ken Charette. Ken also spoke with me in detail, discussed my goals and outcomes and what the best course of action would be to settle this case without court. The two attorneys worked as a team and between them, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction without litigation. They both were accessible to me, responding same day (if not same hour) and they did not make me feel inferior because I did not know the ins and outs of the law. I really felt they cared about the results I wanted to achieve and worked hard for me to get me these results. I felt they guided me on the proper way to calmly proceed with courses of action even when I got irritable with what the other party wanted. I would highly recommend these attorneys. Don't hesitate to call this firm.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been dealing with Sam Feldman for over five years, and…read moreit has been nothing short of a nightmare. His incompetence and lack of follow-through have cost me endless time, stress, and money. He repeatedly claimed that essential documents--like my husband's retirement and pension statements--were "attached" in emails, but they never were. Instead, he sent irrelevant, generic pamphlets that had nothing to do with what was actually requested. This created years of unnecessary back-and-forth and stalled the entire legal process. What makes it worse is his complete disregard for communication. Emails from my lawyer often go ignored, and when he does respond, it's vague, misleading, or simply incorrect. I've been forced to keep paying my lawyer to chase after him for things he should have provided years ago. No client should ever have to beg for basic information or deal with such dishonesty from an attorney. His negligence has prevented my case from moving forward in a timely manner, and the burden he has created is beyond frustrating. I would not recommend Sam Feldman to anyone. He is unprofessional, careless, and has shown zero respect for the legal process or the people relying on him to do his job
