He sat there and listened to all of my problems and did not make me feel rushed. The way that he simplified medical terminology and explained treatment options to me made me feel like he was really listening to me and really cared about what my complaints were. I would definitely recommend you to visit him if you are having any pain that affects your life!

I told them my husband's condition, and the lady called him my "boyfriend"; I told them exactly where his pain was, and their next question was again, where is his pain; I told them he just had an MRI, and she follows up by asking if he had any x-rays or MRI's. It felt as if talking to an AI would have been easier. Good luck scheduling. Additional: It seems the same lady who gave us such a difficult time scheduling then scheduled us for the wrong time, we had to call her back, and she put us on hold + transferred us to someone else to fix her mistake. Stellar. Edit: After all that, it seems the office retaliated by canceling our appointments. I wouldn't recommend this place... felt like a real waste of time. I think it's reasonable to expect a doctor's office to be better listeners, and it's a disappointment when you find an office that seems lacking in professionalism.

AND instead of trying to correct them, he stands behind them 100%. I have encountered now 2 very rude receptionists and his current "managing nurse" has a major attitude and lies. My last visit was so unpleasant dealing with her that I will never set foot back in that place. I tried to share my experience with him and he did not want to hear it. He told me to go somewhere else! After being a regular patient for 2-3 years. No customer needs to be treated in such a manner. Stay away from this place.

Anna Searls and Dr. Richard Park. I have been with them for years and they have worked relentlessly with me to both reduce the amount of narcotics that I take (my request) and to give me the highest quality of life possible. Yes I have pain some times 24/7 and a lot of nights about 2 AM I have to take a pain pill, but I cannot say enough positive words about these two, plus the entire staff, from the time you check in to the time you leave. I am a former KY undercover narcotic detective and I hate drugs and often those that are complaining do so, because they often want more, instead of less, like me. Anna Searls worked with me and cut one drug by 2/3rds and cut the other from 180mg to 30mg per day and I have been on this now for several years and yes I have pain, but my life is good, thanks to PA Anna Searls and Dr Richard Park. I highly recommend this pain center and my PA and doctor for in my opinion, there are none finer.

It's been awhile since I was there (early 2024) and have seen such a plethora of other unsatisfactory physicians in the interim that I cannot recall if he prescribed any of the generally ineffective and commonly prescribed "pain" meds at all such as Lyrica. I wasn't looking for any of the dog and pony circus of treatment with opiates at that time being I was already well aware of the pitfalls of that such as it is impossible to even obtain a sufficiently high enough dosage to be worth my while to try them again. Therefore, instead I just lay down a lot, hire people to do my housework @ 30 bucks per hour, cannot even stand at my sink more than 5 minutes to wash my own dishes, have to pay someone to drive my dogs to the dog groomers being I still cannot even bend over my own laundry sink long enough to bathe my own 5 and 6 lb dogs, plus of course I have major problems simply bending over to pick things up off my floor - pretty pathetic really as I actually know myself how to fix these things. While I have more invisible illnesses than I can count on 2 to 3 hands, there is not one MD I have met anywhere in this metropolis who knows anywhere close to as much as do about them sadly. There is absolutely NO excuse for this happening in AMERIKA so shame on what has been allowed to happen with three downfall of our entire healthcare system here. *** Otoh, Kiran Semmelsberger, PA, formerly of Atrium Primary Care in Mint Hill certainly did. She, however, has moved on being that she was so conscientious about her job that she was majorly overworked. She had been known to call me from the office there at 8:30 PM just to ensure she followed through with some final analysis of some new diagnostic crisis of mine. While these reflections of mine RE: the medical care thus far found in Charlotte, NC, are not at all just directed towards this one practice on Springbank, this practice I went to one time only was in fact a typical example of what is being described. *** End result currently?? What a wasted life due to insuffucient, deficient, or lack of medical care in Charlotte NC - 17th largest metro area in the country I read somewhere ... pretty sad

I had been dealing with chronic lower pain for a long time probably caused by having an extra lumbar vertebrae (I have 6 lumbar vertebrae but should have 5) but did not want to get back surgery. I've known the group of practitioners that started NeoGenix and had been doing various therapeutics for my back and other problem areas with them for a few years. I knew they were going to open up their new practice and had been waiting (due to Covid) to schedule an appointment with them for stem cell therapy. I went with their premium package because I wanted the best chance at getting the best results. It's expensive but we're talking about long term health. I figured if I could get to a point of being pain free or close to it, it would be well worth every penny paid. If you don't have good health and/or in chronic pain, it's hard to enjoy your day-to-day life. The procedure was definitely more intense than I thought it would be. It's not so much as it being painful as it is being uncomfortable due to the pressure of the stem cell harvesting and injections. It stressed me out a lot. It took a couple of months to feel the full effects of the stem cell treatment. I went from having chronic pain every day and not being able to do a lot of things because of it to being mostly pain free and being able to do activities again. Prior to the treatment my pain level ranged from 6-8 and was with me all day to a pain level 0-4 following the treatment. It flares up with more activity but nothing like before and it's acute instead of chronic. It has been life changing for me. As expensive as it is, it's worth every penny to not be in chronic pain and I highly recommend NeoGenix to anyone in pain looking for an alternative to having surgery. It works!
