Alison was one of two names given to us by a real estate agent we were working with in another area of Californian, and we contacted her to schedule a meeting about putting our property on the market. In our first meeting Alison provided us with a complete market analysis of our area, what she and Compass offer as an agent and company, as well as her thoughts and opinions from being an agent and having lived in the area for a long while. As our first meeting concluded and Alison left, we had a quick chat about our future sale and thirty seconds later we called Alison, asked her to come back and signed with her that evening. Within a short few weeks some additions and deletions were made to our property and we decided to hit the market during a time that interest rates were climbing, coupled with the holiday season in full-swing, perhaps a bit crazy, but we hit the books and opened the property the day after Christmas.
