This company has failed to deliver in the 2 years I've been a member. I filled out an extensive questionnaire with my likes and dislikes. I was clear about my non-negotiables: Personal Hygiene (esp. healthy teeth), An Active Lifestyle, Core values and A minimum height of 5'10" While I do have other preferences, these are a few of my top ones. I've received 6 or 7 intros--I met with 3, none of whom met my core criteria. 1 had a missing tooth, another had crooked-yellowed teeth and the 3rd was 5'7" and shared that he didn't have an active lifestyle and was in bed by 7pm. The other matches proactively shared their criteria before even meeting, stating they didn't want to waste anyone's time. One texted a strict list of requirements, including no pets, no kids at home and preference for a conservative Christian partner. I have a kid, a pet and not religious so it disqualified me. Another person texted a pic and unfortunately, his appearance did not align with my criteria. Last one said he was a caregiver with limited time to spend outside his home so wanted to make sure that was ok before we started dating. Given all of this, I am extremely dissatisfied by how matches are paired. Had I known these details in advance, I would not have agreed to meet or connect with any of them. The matchmakers, of which I've had 6 or 7, have clearly not taken the time to understand the clients' ideal match criteria. In fact, only one of the matchmakers took the initiative to connect with me to better understand my preferences, but was removed a few weeks later and that was around 6 months ago. A new matchmaker reached out 2 days ago to connect me with a new match--who is 5'6" which is clearly not in line with my requirements. This only further reflects a lack of attention to detail and my specific criteria and preferences. Unfortunately, this company and the service provided has not delivered on the expectations set forth in the contract when I signed up. It has proven to be both completely ineffective and utterly disappointing. If you are considering signing up, don't do it! The marketing and sales pitch sound very promising and positively great, but based on my experience and all other negative reviews on this and other sites, the value simply does not justify the cost. *I find it very interesting how negative reviews are very detailed and positive ones are extremely vague in every site this company has been reviewed.
