Being new to the area, I made an appointment over the phone, choosing this office based on proximity to my home & the positive reviews that I read. After giving my insurance information, for some reason my birthdate came back unverified and they were almost refusing me an appointment. I offered to call my insurance company and resolve the issue; they made my appointment. This morning, two hours before my appointment, they stated there were still issues verifying my insurance. I offered to self pay until it was all sorted -- estimated $450, depending on what the Dr. Would be billing me for (Crazy, but I'm unwell so I was willing to pay it) I was made to feel so uncomfortable during this over the phone exchange, the woman answered me "are you sick ? It sounds like you're sick -- is it your throat ? that's why you're coming in today, right?" ... me: "no ma'am, this is my normal voice." I couldn't stand to be on the phone any longer being treated in a rushed manner with zero respect. I cancelled my appointment and will be warning others not to come in. :(

Will be calling back about her tomorrow. & Instead of calmly and patiently explaing what they could do for me, she claimed that there was no appointments left for today but the office doesn't close until 5 and there was no one in there. She also could've told me right away what they had available the next morning, anything. It's about how you speak to people, especially in front of their children. I'm sure there are appointments every 30 minutes. This was our first appointment as well. So clearly I was unaware of how strict the policy was. Our last clinic in TX was very professional, kind & welcoming. They would've handled this differently. We willl not be scheduling another appointment. I rather drive 30 minutes then have my child go to a doctor I don't trust. Mother's intuition never lies. 0 stars.

While I was trying to check in, she immediately told me not to bother because the system would not let me, and that I was not going to be seen anyway. I explained that it was for me and my baby. She didn't give me time to explain the reason of visiting she was just rude from the start. The way this employee treated me was extremely rude and lacked any empathy or compassion. It honestly baffles me, especially working in the healthcare industry where you interact with sick patients and families who may already be stressed or worried. A little kindness and professionalism can go a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing from this experience.

A great New Doctor who encourages and applaud, he's so much nicer and friendly than Doctor Queen. He was a little rude and had very strong personality.
