The business owner announced she was going on a spring break vacation when I had been on the program for only 14 days, she was gone for the next 10 without a word and then when she returned, charged my cc for the 2nd month of coaching of a 2 month plan. $425.00. She was very unhappy when I mentioned there was no communication from her for 10 days, thats when I learned she had saved my credit card information without my consent. I thought Wow. She promised to refund the $425 for month 2 and didn't want me anymore. She promised a refund but didn't. Fortunately visa reversed that unauthorized charge. Advice: Read the contract before you sign. She didn't quite understand that wasn't acceptable. Other than that she was a nice young girl and I hope that she does better with her next client.

Food is great. RNs great. No staff infections or MRSA in Sheridan and that another reason I prefer to go there. Dr. Ferries also has an exceptional personality to help one thru this procedure. He did one knee and now he's doing the other. I had problems with a PT guy when I came home and asked Dr. Ferries to take care of it. He did it magnificently with zero hurt feelings to the guy that was doing the PT work in Casper. Dr. Ferries also does shoulders. He is extremely great at them too. I put his work up against any big city Dr. in the Rocky Mtn. Region.
