He responded on April 2 and April 3, and again on April 10, indicating the request would be handled. However, no confirmation was ever provided. On April 30, 2026 I contacted customer service myself--only to find out the request had not been processed at all. When I followed up with Jeff, the response I received was dismissive and lacked accountability. He stated, "It wasn't processed because you didn't answer questions." I asked him when he notified me of this. He informed me, "I'm notifying you, now." This is incompetent and unacceptable. Given that these are life insurance policies, this is a serious matter. In the event of a death, this experience raises real concerns about how a policy would actually be handled. I have since requested to have my policies reassigned to a more responsive and professional agent. I would not recommend working with this individual or company.

I am not even sure how they got my number, aside from the quote and policy I had for a few days over 4 years ago. They have been calling and mailing nonstop for the past several months- each time I asked to be removed from their list, yet the calls continued. The final straw was when, earlier this week, I received three back to back calls within ten minutes during a work meeting. I blocked the first number, then received a third call from another, similar number within their office and finally stepped out to answer the call. After a less-than-friendly interaction, the person I talked to stated they would be sure to remove me from their system and that it was their policy to call repeatedly until someone answers, then to check back in later, which is why she called so much on this particular day and why my name wasn't previously removed from the system. I decided to post a Facebook review about my interaction, which seemed reasonable after months of harassment from this place. The owner of their page requested for Facebook to remove it because I allegedly had the wrong business...as if any mistake could be made after talking with their reps and receiving endless flyers with her picture and business name on it. Now, I'm even receiving Facebook messages from their business page. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend even getting a quote or providing any information whatsoever unless you want to be endlessly harassed. I would like to say that I hadn't been contacted by this business since asking nicely multiple times then asking more aggressively and even blocking the numbers they previously called me from, but unfortunately, they've managed to contact me every day this week. This place is worse than the Shopper Stalkers at our infamous local furniture store. P.S. I ended up going with AAA as my final insurance selection, who offered almost double the contents and replacement coverage on my home for a little over $1,000 less per year. They have only contacted me by phone once in the past four years and have only emailed a handful of times for relevant questions.
