If I could give Cassie at Allstate a 10 out of 10 I would. She was so kind, funny, relatable, and helpful. We had been with GEICO for 10 years when they randomly decided to remove us from our policy because they actually had to do their job and pay into claims when needed. I was stressed about having to find a new policy but Cassie was so helpful and got us more with this policy than GEICO ever did. Cassie didn't let anything get in the way and got us the best quote. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Very unprofessional the way they handled business.. We wanted to get a estimate on car and home, They they provided a estimate with the basic, gold and platinum. After revising everything we were ready to sign up for the platinum package! Candice was our agent. She said the premium will be withdrawn from the account on May 7th and we could sign up for auto pay, the platinum package for the vehicle came to be 706.48. We were ok to proceed. Everything was set on Wednesday which was the 29th of April. Then on the 30th Candice calls us tells up there have been error in her computer the 706.48 will be changed to 820 some change, then we were like hold on.. that's not what we agreed to! So we cancelled the whole package deal with her since they gave us a quote and decided to change. she didn't apologize or nothing. On Friday we realized Allstate have withdrawn money from the bank account of 689.23, which is non of the estimates they have to begin with, and doesn't even tell us they were still haven't canceled the policy even though we asked her to cancel it, we tried calling on Friday no answer, no one returned the calls, then today Monday 4th again we tried calling from morning no answer, finally I got hold of Candice asked her why did they do such a thing. First she disagreed with me they would not withdraw since the policy was cancelled, then I mentioned how come they took 689.23. When I gave her the precise number she said Oh that money should be refunded within 1-2 business days! wait didn't you first denied even being withdrawn from the account now you know they withdrew money from the account. she said it shows on her end that it's been refunded. Since she was lied before, I asked her to send me a statement of the money been refunded so I can walk away from this mess, and never deal with these people again. So she sends me a email typed not a statement that shows it's been refunded. She types in her email this is how much Allstate took and this is how much it should Be refunded. OMG.. how unprofessional can a company be? I asked her please ask her manager to contact me since his is very wrong! 1. I don't know where the 689.23 came from thats non of the policies we ever signing up for 2. After we cancel the policy since they had a computer glitch, why would they still charge 3. I'm am still waiting for the manager to call us since Candice said she going to leave a note for the manager. read more
