I came to Mammoth with the intention of snowboarding but a bulging disc injury from 6 weeks prior had me on the healing path. Read all of the reviews, they are right! This is not expensive lotion application. This is valuable maintenance and repair for your body. I have a standing, weekly appointment. Without Michelle, I would not be able to work and play and travel - I think I would crumble to pieces. I respect her skill because she is continually learning and searching out new techniques, delving in and getting new certifications all the time. I started going to Michelle about 4yrs ago after I won a freebie at a benefit event. Many friends had recommended her and I'm sorry I didn't start earlier. As a professional athlete, I was unaware of the benefits a caring massage could provide. But Michelle has also helped me recover from debilitating back pain, a torn achilles tendon, a surgically repaired rotator cuff and bicep tendon, and a torn calf. My insurance used to pay for it, but when Mammoth Mountain cancelled health insurance for seasonal employees, it was an easy decision to continue on a regular basis even though I have to pay from my own pocket. read more
