Celebrated my birthday with great friends last night and we had the 30 passenger limo bus. The bus was clean, had a great stereo system that we could hook our phones up to and play whatever music we wanted to hear. Mike, our driver was very polite and accommodating to our group. We made it to all of our reservations early. Brad, was very helpful and did a great job dealing with my indecisiveness on which vehicle our group would be taking for the evening. We were in South Bend about a month and a half ago to attend the Notre Dame vs. Louisville game. My cousin in a Louisville grad, and he thought it would be neat to see his Alma mater at one of the most sacred grounds for college football. We flew into Chicago, grabbed about 12 of his buddies, and made the drive up to our hotel in South Bend, which was a few miles from the stadium. We didn't know how big of a deal parking for the game was going to be around the stadium, or how bad the traffic was going to be after the game, and since there was 12 of us, we decided to get a bit crazy, and rent a party bus to take us to the game, and then hopefully get us out of there afterwards. Afterwards, we had dinner reservations at the Lasalle Grill, therefore we had to get there quickly afterwards. We dialed up Michiana Party Bus, and they had a great special going on, therefore we booked their service. Their service was great from start to finish, with the booking going very smoothly, and the ride was great. We got a tour of South Bend, stopped at Fiddler's Heath for a Guinness or two, then went to Notre Dame Stadium. The game ended in a a Louisville win, which my cousin loved, and off we went to our dinner reservations. We made dinner right at the time of our reso, which was great. Just wanted to say I am so glad we used this company for my cousins bachelor party. They were fantastic and went completely above and beyond our expectations. Horrible!!!!!!! Do not use. Driver was late. Drove under speed limit resulting in us losing time at our destination. Driver also slammed on brakes multiple times causing us and our belongings to fly back and forth in seats. Driver demanded a tip. Ownwr will do nothing to resolve issue and even threated talking bout about the person whk booked this nught out and his company. This guy doesnt own buses, he outsources to other companies. Call the bus companies direct get a better quality and price read more

Terrible experience. Driver purchased alcohol during our trip and claimed it was "for the next day". We believe he drank while he was waiting for us. Alcohol was no where to be found when we boarded the bus to go home. Also, owner of the business completely lacked integrity. He does business in a severely crooked way. The only reason I am giving this service 2 stars is because we did make it home in one piece. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely not happy with the service. Was promised a party bus for a wedding and was not given anything remotely closely as what was provided in the photos. After trying to communicate with Brad, the only way he would communicate was via email and very poorly. $75 back and $25 towards a local restaurant, absolute joke! Don't waste your time or money. Main problem never came and picked up guests and took them to event on first trip so they were out of luck and had to drive themselves. Showed up for the other trips but that was a big disappointment especially after e-mailing the schedule times and pick up locations, other than that it was okay. Every pick up had a different driver so not sure who the tip actually went to. They never had a ride to the wedding. I was under the impression the whole wedding party was riding together. Provided a separate car for my husband and I which was really nice and a separate car for the wedding party just not what I thought. Phone call with this complaint was never returned and e-mail was redirected. Guests did complain which was embarrassing. Possibly was a fluke mistake according to other reviews, but the lack of an apology or return phone call was a bit disappointing. read more

What a Joke. This was the first time I used this company. Brad Dassow was real kind and seemed like a great businessman...until he got paid. We get on the bus and the driver demanded 20% gratuity upfront which was very unprofessional. The 2 TVs and the radio did not even work. The partybus drove 20mph under the speed limit taking a total of 2 hours to get from south bend to Kalamazoo. I contacted Brad Dassow stating this was unacceptable and at the very least refund part of my expense to cover the extended time on the bus, to which his response was "Well that's not gonna happen" Never again will I trust these fools. Apparently Brad has a degree in marketing but has no clue about customer service. read more

Worst bus company...agreed on 4 hours and than charged almost double the amount and took advantage of guys under the influence and stuck around to give a ride just for an extra $380 for 2 hours read more

This company is nothing as it seems. They do not have their own fleet of vehicles as this company is only a limousine service broker. In order to make money himself he will book a very less desirable company and cheap company which of course will reflect on the service you get. Needless to say that's what happened to me as he booked corporate classic limousine out of mishawaka (who by the way has horrible reviews). Brad (Michiana payrt bus owner) got himself in a situation as the driver no longer wanted to take us to our destination of Chicago and I was notified of this only 45 minutes before our pick up time. So he made me agree to stay local but showed up two hours late for pickup. The driver was very rude and demanded his gratuity payment up front (illegal). Then the driver made us leave an hour early and threatened to leave us if we didn't comply. After weeks of arguing with Brad at Michiana party bus and Greg at corporate classic trying to get a refund, I finally decided to take them to court at which I won judgment. They have no integrity as they were lying under oath, so the judge tore into them about getting their act together if they are going to run a business and ruled in my favor. While paying their judgment through PayPal they had to leave a personal note and try to take a personal blow of appearance. They are very immature and hopefully you will not make the same mistake as I did. They need to be put out of business. read more

Let me just start by saying I would have loved to leave a 5 star review. I really would have. My husband and I got married a few weekends ago and I could not have been more excited to have a limo escort! What an absolute dream! Imagine my surprise when the dream limo didn't show up until 35 minutes after the agreed upon and confirmed time :-( It was honesty heartbreaking...not just for myself but for my parents who paid for and put so much thought into the moment when their only daughter and her husband saw the limo for the first time. The moment was ruined because of poor communication from management to the driver. I always try to see the bright side of every situation so after the limo was late...I decided to be positive! I didn't want to be upset on my wedding day! Unfortunately the driver did absolutely nothing to make up for the error. Whether it be his or not. Take pride in your work! I had no help getting in and out of the limo. It was raining...I was struggling several times...nothing. Really?! I didn't know chivalry was dead in the customer service industry....it certainly isn't with the 7 other men in the limo who crawled over each other to help me several times. On top of that that driver asked for his "gratuity" in the rudest way imaginable. Several times. No words for that one. You just don't do that. I would have loved to give a good review...but honestly...you are better off with a taxi or Uber. Sad. Very, very sad. read more

I would never recommend this site to rent a limo. I rented a so called white beautiful navigation limo thru "Brad". First of all, I spoke to Brad on Thurs the week of the wedding, I reviewed with him the proper itinerary as far as addresses and times that the wedding party was to be picked up. The limo was supposed to pick groomsmen up at 1:00, and per their web site they are always 15 minutes early. He was almost 25 minutes late, needless to say I was calling Brad, texting Brad, and no response. Finally the limo showed up, he had itinerary but did not understand it!!! I told him I had reviewed it with Brad 2 days prior. I did not have the limos number to call, and Brad told me all they had from me was my home number to contact. I left my cell number on numerous e-mails I had sent to confirm our contract. The Limo was old, there was duct tape by the front window, then to end a horrible experience he told me I owed him $110.00 in gratuity, I said, " what the contract said nothing about that", he told me no that is part of the contract!! I also paid an additional $67.50 for that extra half and hour, did not get it!!! When I contacted Brad, he said he would send a restaurant gift card and 10% off next time I use them. I told him he should repay me at the very least the extra money I gave him for the extra half and hour!! Total disappointment, NEVER use this company!!! I had even stopped by his house before the wedding just to verify that everything was in order, he assured me everything was ALL set!! What a SCAM!!!! read more
