They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. My only regret is I did not do this sooner. I highly recommend Final Touch Fencing

Justin and his assistant arrived on time with all of the equipment needed to do the job. The fence was about 20 years old and had fallen into the yard due to weather and rotten posts. They worked hard and completed the job efficiently. Justin was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. We decided to leave a portion of the fence that was still in good condition for privacy which I appreciated. The price was very fair. The only issue involved a neighbor questioning why "her" fence was being removed. Justin did have to briefly step onto her property while working and he explained that the fence was not actually on her property. For that misunderstanding, I apologize. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend Starr Fence to anyone looking for a new fence, repairs, or fence removal services.

At that time, I signed the agreement and paid the required deposit, with installation scheduled for March 2026. Per the contract, the company was responsible for handling the full scope of work, including obtaining the permit, supplying the correct materials, and completing the installation. On April 1, I was informed by their salesperson that the company, Radiance, was going out of business and ceasing operations. Despite this, they proceeded to deliver materials to my property that were incomplete and incorrect. Specifically, the fence delivered did not match the agreed specifications, the permit was never obtained, and a significant number of required posts were missing. I reached out to the owner, Ryan, as well as the salesperson, Carson, to seek resolution. Their response was effectively that they were out of business and would not be addressing the issue. As a result, I am left with unusable materials, no permit, and no completed work--despite having paid a deposit in good faith under a signed contract. This situation reflects a complete failure to meet contractual obligations and a lack of accountability.
