She's been told by previous doctors that she needs to have them check regularly. Has asked doctor about it 4 times and doctor blows her off each time. Changing doctor immediately. Do not risk your health here. There are far better doctors to be found.

I like that they are one-stop health care, and whatever they don't do at the office gets handled quickly with a referral. An added bonus is the patient web portal that allows you to log in and get test results, etc. The office is very clean, and the Medical Assistants that I have seen were all competent and nice.

I had two issues that have developed over the last year and he was able to issue referrals for treatment from my previously used specialists. Something my former PCP would not do. He is a partner in "Partners In Internal Medicine". They have two offices, 1 in Canton the other in Ann Arbor. They have an onsite lab so I have to go back Monday morning to complete today's visit. My spouse sees Dr. Hashemian from the same practice. We highly recommend the treatment we receive.

I flew out of SFO on Sunday and started to feel worse and worse. My hearing started to be muffled, but I thought it is because of the flight. After some encouragement from my colleague, I scheduled my visit to get it addressed. I selected 3:15, arrived at 3 and did not get in until 3:45. I did not see the doctor until 4. I got out at 4:50. Even though I was not thrilled about the wait time, but I am impressed with the level of care and service here. I felt that they listened to what my symptoms were and they helped make me feel better. Turns out I have the flu, my nose was red, my ears was red, and my throat was red. The wheezing reduced once I completed the 10 minute breathing treatment given to me. I've been taking DayQuil, NyQuil, and cough drops in order to help suppress my coughs and help me sleep. I hope to never return, but if I am sick the next time I am here, I would not hesitate to come back to be seen. I do have the prescription for antibiotics if I don't feel better by tomorrow. I did pickup the inhaler and the nasal spray to help with the congestion. Thank you for treating me.

I went to the Brighton specialty center today to have a hydrogen breath test performed. It is a…read moreprocedure that takes approximately two hours. The staff was so inviting and so kind to me. It was a little chilly in the room so I was offered a warm blanket. And then when I was still cold, they gave me another warm blanket. Each time they came into the room, which was every 15 minutes, they always had a smile on their face. When the procedure was over, the nurse was kind to let me know what to expect next and how many days to wait for the results before it would show up on my portal. If you have a procedure to be done, it's worth the drive out to Brighton. I love it every time I come out to this facility.

They gave her attitude after she spelled her last name. The same receptionist ignores me when I spell my name so it takes like 3-4 minutes extra before she actually decides to listen to what I'm saying. If I were the u of m I would retrain some of your staff in customer service. The care once you get past reception is great. The physical therapists are amazing and so helpful. The biggest issues are the long wait times made worse by inefficient and rude staff.

QUEST is their vendor who does these tests. For Vitamin D test, they charged 250 dollars through Prime care. If you go direct to Quest its around 60 dollars. You can shop around and can get for less. I feel like this is day light robbery. I feel only Dr Shively is good here. Rest are not worth going to. For Urine and blood test , I think its better take the prescription and shop around. Called Dr and left multiple messages. No Reply. Contacted Billing 10 times. No reply Horrible service.

After a lot of years as a patient with multiple issues, I have come to absolutely love DO's from MSU, even though am a U of M grad with U of M doctors in my family. DO's for general medical and family care are BETTER! They are trained extremely well, think things out and trained to look at your body as a whole being and aren't just saying, "yeah, ok, let's write you a script, and never find the root cause. Primecare of Novi knows how to care for people and children. I also like the fact that there are a few women in this practice. Every one of these doctors is super nice as well.

When I asked the front desk, they said they'd check, but no update came. Meanwhile, others who came after me were seen first. This was just a second dose vaccine follow-up, and during my last visit, I was told it wouldn't take much time. I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes before I was called in. That said, Sky was super cool, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel a pinch! In and out in 10 minutes. The wait was frustrating, but Sky made the actual visit smooth and easy. The clinic should definitely work on managing appointment timing better, especially for simple follow-ups.
