Don't take the first review from the guy that obviously needs a 'different kind of doctor' and someone to lick his wounds for him lol. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They didn't take me back until 2:15. The doctor did not come in the room until sometime around 3:30pm. I went to ask if they perhaps forgot about me (this actually happened to me at a different place) and they assured me that this long wait is normal. What? If it's normal then perhaps trying to come up with a solution for this issue would be beneficial. My only bit of solace was knowing that they close at 4:30 so I knew I couldn't be there forever. My appointment lasted under 10 minutes. I had another appointment and because I waited so long the first time, I wanted to arrive exactly at my appointment time. I misjudged the time and would be 10 minutes late. I called though to tell them and I was put on hold. They informed the doctor and he said we would have to reschedule! lol! The person on the phone was super friendly and apologetic but I think it's insane that I can wait so long for my appointment the first time which is "normal" but they couldn't take me 10 minutes late?!? It makes me feel as though they really don't care about me as a patient. At all. I'm in pain and my appointment was just for a steroid shot.

We interviewed several highly recommended surgeons and chose Dr Vibert based on recommendations from other doctors and our meeting with him. Very pleased with that decision. Dr Vibert has excellent bedside manner. Explained the procedures in a manner that we could understand, very personable and caring. Surgery and aftercare has been great! A dying breed of doctors who gave us his cell phone for any after surgery concerns etc. and responded almost instantly every time. Husband is very pleased with the results and although it will be a bit of time to get back to a new "normal" we would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs back surgery. Such an important decision choosing a surgeon for this type of procedure and we feel blessed to have chosen Dr Vibert.

I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.

He was in excruciating pain immediately following the procedure, and despite repeated attempts to reach the podiatrist, we were unable to speak with him until the following afternoon. Because the surgery was performed on a Friday and the office was closed, we felt completely without guidance or support during what turned out to be a very difficult postoperative period. Instead of addressing our concerns with compassion, the podiatrist became confrontational when asked why we received no post operative guidance and why he was unavailable. He raised his voice, spoke over me and focused on defending himself rather than addressing my husband's condition. As a spouse advocating for my husband, I found his behavior both shocking and unprofessional. My husband is currently hospitalized due complications from his surgery but we are hoping for a full recovery. I realize that complications can come from any surgery but communication, availability and respectful treatment of patients should never be an option. Due to our experience I cannot recommend this practice. I have to leave a star unfortunately in order to post this review.
