Payment was held online and actually taken after the job was done, so it was easy, cashless, painless. I was not there to oversee it, but I had eyes and ears report back, they were in and out on time. They do a great job, I think appropriately priced, and well mannered and professional when I had interactions over email. We have been trying to find an affordable, reliable, eco-friendly cleaner for years and it seems we finally struck gold. We booked Filthy Cleaning for two hours and they came and did an outstanding job. They were even kind enough to work around our 'inquisitive' one-year old. More incredibly, they finished an enormous job (see "one-year old" above) 15 minutes early and didn't charge the full two hours we had booked! The cost for us to have three cleaners come blitz the place was approximately $100/hour (+tax) - very good value if you like quality work. We will undoubtedly use their services again. Hardworking, respectful, and fair. My only regret is that we didn't learn of them sooner.

Based on their purported experience, we brought them in for two hours, and they left the place in much worse shape than it was to begin with (see the "before" photo to see what our blinds looked like before, and note what they were left as). Further, Ally Cleaning damaged the concrete pillar in the corner and left a big black mark on it, which we had to clean and repair. Ally also managed to make our kitchen cabinets and floors dirty, even though we had already cleaned them. When my girlfriend called Ally afterwards, Linda/Ally Cleaning was completely dismissive and very rude, actually saying "oh honey, you're just stressed" and claiming that Ally Cleaning had done a good job cleaning. I called them back later and got "Ally's assistant" who also claimed they did a good job and asked me to send photos via text. I sent the photos that are attached here and since then, they haven't bothered to respond to the text messages and have screened our phone calls and haven't responded to our voicemail asking that they return our call. The "cleaning" was so bad that we actually agreed with our landlords to deduct funds from our security deposit to bring in the landlord's cleaners to fix the issues.
