Rude Realtors who did not want to bother driving 20-30 minutes to show us a home or two. Some very arrogant & condescending. I mean it was incredible as this isn't our first rodeo. We've owned 7 other homes in 4 other states but never had an experience this bad. Until we came across a home Tiffanie had listed. It was immediately obvious she was a cut well above the average Western ND Realtor. She really took the time to politely & patiently listen to what we were looking for & what are goals were. She also actually answers the phone when I would call or got back to me in a timely fashion. She is very knowledgeable and questions answered promptly. A Dave Ramsey Fan too! If you are blessed to have a home within the area she serves, please give her a call. If you are looking in the area she serves, she is the best option bar-none. A Realtor that you can tell has a caring heart & nature & is looking out for our best interests to find "the right home", not just a quick paycheck. Stood in 6" of water taking a shower next. No hot water at all first weekend here. Tenant above me tub leaks into mine and they have a dog that paces constantly all night on hard wood floors. Oh now no hot water again. If only you could give no stars. And yes like someone else commented the people are so rude and dismissive.

Some are up until 2,3 or 4 in the morning with I'm guessing small children who make a LOT of noise throughout the night. Very inconsiderate people. Paper thin walls. Upstairs neighbors sound like they are remodeling, running from something or holding Olympic events. I would not recommend this apartment complex if you need your sleep. Especially if you are under another apartment. Parking lot is small and some people couldn't park a vehicle between two painted lines if their lives depended on it. Been waiting on someone to just look at garbage disposal that hasn't worked since moving in.

We had a landlord that did not tell anybody he was leaving and when the new owners came in, they were like "what 600 dollar security deposit??" They seriously had no clue and I can't blame them for that. Long story short, there is this neighbor, we will call her "Judy"! Some of these neighbors don't pick up after their dogs and my appointment was the only one out of that whole place that provided a shovel and a 5 gallon bucket to pick up after my dog. Nearly a month ago, "Judy" has taken one of my nieces toy shovels, scooped it up into her bike stroller. My niece was just recently diagnosed with autism and that is the only bike stroller we had, they aren't cheap.. Now back to the major problem. She has been harassing us with writing letters about how each pile of dog crap is such X amount of money. First off, that's not that point of the matter, the main point is she is claiming she is Minot management, she writes that in the notes every week. I would actually LOVE to know if she really does work with y'all, if not, this is fraud, and we do not appreciate this kind of behavior from someone who also rents from these people. Do not rent from here until you absolutely talk to minot managment!

They say they clean carpets but I think it's horse $#!+ cause I went and met neighbors that just moved in and the carpet looked like they didn't do squat. Then they don't send you whatever they left of your deposit until 30 days after you move out. They are straight up crooks that prey on military personnel. DONT RENT FROM THESE @$$holes
