Avoid IMM owned properties if you can, they are the worst! You will be most happy that you avoided living here. 1. With brutal heavy snowfall and ice, many days my active-duty military co-workers, first responders, and their families were snowed in and unable to get our vehicles out of the parking lot due to non snow removal by the apartment complex. If you have an employer that does not enjoy, nor accept excuses, this is not the apartment complex for you! Northern Plains is last on the list when it comes to snow and ice removal. The crews usually get to things by the following evening, only if it does not fall on an off-duty day like the weekend. 2. The apartment walls and flooring are paper thin! The apartment buildings were built in the 1950's and have bever been updated! The apartment flooring is made out of cardboard! You will be able to hear and feel each and every step your neighbors from two apartments over makes! Their loud dishwasher, the movements from their washer and dryer that will move and shake your entire apartment. The slamming doors of your non courteous neighbors that will rock and shake your apartment all hours of the early morning and late evening. You will hear loud garbage trucks in the morning. There will be no peace and quiet for you or your family EVER while living here. Due to the aging of the apartments and the paper-thin walls and flooring, even ear plugs do not help! There is a very loud factory nearby that gets loudest after 9pm. All of your visits and walk throughs will be conducted during early hours, so the sales team can avoid this late-night noise. 3. Maintenance is very horrible here! My entire building went months in the cold winter months without hot water! We were given no compensation or reduction in rent! Nothing like taking cold showers after a long, hard day's work. Or how about washing your dishes in cold water? For sanitary purposes, I do not recommend. Washing your clothes with no hot water? Craziness. 4. Mail and packages have no guarantee of delivery to you while living here! My co-workers and I have all had numerous packages stolen! There is no secure package room. So the pizza delivery guy and whatever creatures of the night your neighbors let into your building ALL have access to pick and grab whatever they like. This happens on a daily basis! 5. Walkways are seldom cleared of ice and snow in the wintertime! Making trips to your vehicle, even to check your mail, very treacherous and injury threatening with each step. 6. There are no elevators! ZERO! Living on a 2nd or 3rd floor? You will be required to manually lift and carry your groceries, furniture, suitcases, kids, and trash up and down multiple flights of stairs daily! 7. The hallways always smell like bad body odor and dirty dogs!

When Morgan first came for the walk through the quote for the work I wanted done was very high between $700 to $900. I told her that was too expensive so I cut the list of tasks in half. She said she would adjust the price and I assumed that meant it would also be cut in half. Unfortunately that was not the case. For two hours of cleaning (two cleaners) I was charged $600. That breaks down to $150 per hour per person which I feel is extremely overpriced for a deep clean. On top of that one of the employees took four smoke breaks during that short time. I also noticed damage to both my fridge and floors afterward. When I reached out to address this and to share my concerns about pricing I felt dismissed. Instead of trying to resolve things Morgan told me their work was "impeccable and perfect" and then wished me a great day. There was no apology for the damage or attempt to make things right only a request that I send pictures. While she did apologize for me being dissatisfied she also told me that "in this industry you get what you pay for" which I found unhelpful and dismissive. To be fair the cleaning itself was decent but the cost was unreasonable and the customer service left a lot to be desired. If you hire them just be aware the work is fine but you will pay a premium. In my experience $150 per hour per person is not reasonable.
