Weinbach's Cuvee St Catherine Schlossberg is a grand cru riesling you'll find on the menus of Mini Bar or Benu and for good reason. It's a beautifully floral, light and crisp wine. Think acidic enough to balance the salinity but lightness of oysters, monkfish liver and squid. Also, great for toning down the heat of the touch of serrano chile but not so sweet as to overpower those flavors. For around $50US it's not the cheap sleeper but it's definitely an excellent price performance value regardless.

Service was very good. The tasting area is rather small, but it works. It is worth your time to stop in here for a taste or a nice bottle of Alsatian Grand Cru wine.
