I thought it might be good because their menu called the pour over a "V60." I tried three different beans over the course of my stay. All were dialed in super well and the cup was balanced, "structured" (aha you see what I did there?), and most of all, a pleasure to drink. My friends all got espresso options which they loved. I also decided to sit in lieu of taking to go and it was quite comfortable there to just relax and sip. The croissant was also good, though I had a piece of my dad's scone and it wasn't good - too dry, even for a scone. Service was good, and overall I had a pleasant experience at Brûlerie St-Denis - worth a stop in if you're in the area.
