Blazing speeds, hardly. What I was promised in my contract has not been delivered over the past 1 yr and a half. I don't even get 1 Mb now! In other words my cell phone is faster. I was told that the owner would "turn up" my radio as a courtesy. I pay almost 50 dollars a month for something that isn't hardly any better than dial up. This is unacceptable!!! My internet access is worse than 93 percent of the nation. So skip Microdome and go with frontier you will be saving yourself 10 dollars a month and may actually be able to watch a YouTube video! I am tired of hearing a million different excuses for why this service is so subpar. Also, there is no 24 hour tech support, if there is an issue past 5 pm or on Sunday you must wait until the building opens. I so wanted to support a local business but alas the massive lag spikes and issues have driven me away. One unhappy customer, guess this is why you have to sign a 2 year contract? read more
