We settled on a very reasonably priced Chevy Equinox after taking it for a drive. The purchase couldn't have gone any smoother. This family owned auto shop does everything right, and I would recommend them to anyone in Illinois, Indiana or Michigan. They had plenty of options for financing, and were eager to help. I politely inquired whether my prepaid maintenance plan would cover the cost of that day's service because I did not have to pay during my previous visit. Her demeanor was VERY dismissive, and she offered zero explanation. I later found out on my own they were simple charges--which was understandable, but I still had questions. Had she taken the time to explain these charges, I would have left feeling more informed and content, not just another transaction. I typically would have let this interaction slide, but the audacity of this behavior left me appalled. Buying the company next door and building a new service area. So, I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and asked about my Mini Cooper. I normally would have to go to Buchanan, MI or Ft Wayne or Indy to have it serviced. Well, fortunately the wonderful service people found a problem which was not relayed to me when I bought it last year. It cost me, but it was worth my peace of mind. They sent me a video of the problem and it worked out great. They definitely know what they are doing. I was impressed. Definitely will go there again.

Lexus is a great product, but this dealership appears to be out of touch with the luxury brand that is Lexus.
