Well long story short shortly after buying this car we started hearing engine noises. Again I understand the as is part. A week later we decided to change the oil that they claim they just changed. That engine noises seemed to get better. Hundred miles later it's back. Took the valve covers off to find out that they has used silicone to glue part of the casting and rocker arm bolt back it because it had broke. Now I can see if it's something we did to break the car ok but to open it up and see this problem is absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend this company to anyone and should have looked at the reviews first. Now to spend 4 grand to have the motor rebuilt. I just want my vehicle that I traded in back and to be done with these scammers! This is, by far, the worst dealership that I've ever dealt with and I've owned 16 vehicles in 18 years because I trade up.

They use to offer good quality and service, but it has went down the drain fast in the recent years. In my 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE (new at the time). It had 35,800 miles. I purchased this new in October of 2014 from Heart City Toyota of Elkhart, Indiana. Here is the list of problems tht I had woth it: - On November of 2014 there was a recall issued for the second row overhead assist grips. They were replaced in January of 2015 at 7,800 miles. - It had a bad support bearing on the front passenger side axle that was replaced at 22,900 miles. - It is on its third transmission. The first transmission was replaced at 20,200 miles and the second was replaced at 29,800 miles. - The most recent recall, at the time, was on the side doors opening randomly. The recall was issued on November of 2016 and it is May of 2017 and Toyota still had not found a cure. - Cruise control lever light flickering. It was replaced three times. Noticed the first time at 7,800 miles. - Dash randomly freezes for about 5 minutes and then goes blank and resets to the default settings (it has happened seven times +) and Toyota still cannot figure out the problem. - Climate control shut off completely, by itself, without touching any buttons while driving. I submitted a claim to the Toyota Corporation and after four tries, they denied my claim of doing a 'buy-back' or providing a replacement vehicle.

My 1998 Jeep needs the old coolant--the "green stuff"--because the metals used in the engine construction do not interact well with the new, universal coolants. I totally forgot to mention this to Denny when I dropped off the Jeep, but when I called him mid-repair to mention it, he responded, "Yep. We've run into that before, and we were aware of it. We're using the older formula coolant for this engine." He didn't try to upsell me a number of unnecessary services, and he was happy to talk to me about the two things his mechanic had noticed without pushing me to order additional work. I hope my car doesn't ever break again, but I know it probably will, and Denny's picked up another loyal customer.

I will always choose an independent shop on older cars as the dealers are not my cup of tea, but I also expect them to know when they are just wasting time and money and that's exactly what QAS did. to be good you have to know when you are out of your ability and they were way out of their ability on this one.

I had by 2022 Ram TRX serviced hear through warranty…read more They replaced the front control arm and did an alignment via approved service through my extended warranty. It took them over a week to fix (it's a 3 hours job). The alignment was botched and the steering wheel was not straight when it was returned to me. When I called them back to correct the issue, the service advisor informed me I can certainly bring the truck back... but they intend to KEEP the truck until my previous bill was paid by my warranty company. Shocked, I called the warranty company to see what was going on. They told me the dealer would not accept their payment due to having to run it through through a credit card service (100% of 3rd party warranties do this with 0 problems at other dealers). Apparently, Tyler did not want to pay the 3% fee for the transaction. Why this was not added to the cost (to me) I will never know. But Tyler would not accept payment and told me they would KEEP my truck until I PAID the full bill (I had already paid the deductible upon completion of the service that day). I wrote to the Service Manager with this problem, hoping to find a solution that worked for everyone. No reply. I emailed the General Manager. No reply. I then emailed Scott Tyler directly to tell him how his customer was being treated, because if it was my business, I would certainly want to know. No reply. I told them all in my email that I was reaching out to correct the issue in order to not have to do what I am doing today, which is share negative feedback with all social media and RamCares. Since there was nothing after several weeks of trying, here we are. And my steering wheel is still crooked, which I will now have to pay someone else to fix. Horrible service, incompetent employees, management, AND ownership. Take your money elsewhere so you don't have the same experience.
