I had actually used Ace Limo in the past with great results, which is exactly why I felt completely confident stepping in as the Best Man and main transportation point of contact for my best friend's wedding. I personally spent weeks coordinating with Samantha at Ace, as well as the couple's wedding planners, to ensure a flawless itinerary. Sadly, what we experienced on the wedding day was a total operational collapse. Without a single phone call, text, or email to me or the planning team, Ace decided to swap our reserved party bus for a generic Greyhound-style coach. They later claimed the original vehicle had an air conditioning issue. Having worked in events, I understand that mechanical failures happen, but the complete failure to communicate a major vehicle change to the designated point of contact is unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, they secretly outsourced the job. The driver who showed up didn't even work for Ace; he was a third-party contractor (we still do not know who or what company it was outsourced to) who clearly hadn't seen a single page of the itinerary Samantha and I had spent hours perfecting. That lack of preparation quickly turned into a disaster on the way to the ceremony. I realized we were heading in completely the wrong direction and literally had to leave my seat on a moving bus, walk up to the front, and physically tap the driver on the shoulder to get his attention because he was driving with his AirPods in. Despite my immediate corrections, his navigation blunders meant we were dropped off at the wrong location. Because of this, the bride was forced to walk the rest of the way to the church, exposing her to arriving guests and completely ruining the private, unseen arrival she had been looking forward to her entire life. You would expect a driver to snap to attention after a massive mistake like that, but the exact same thing happened on the way to the reception. Instead of heading to the venue, he obliviously started driving us back toward the hotel. For the second time that day, I had to play navigator, intervening and redirecting him to get us back on track while he continued to wear his AirPods. It is absolutely absurd that the Best Man had to babysit a hired driver all day just to get the wedding party from point A to point B. A transportation company's job is to alleviate stress on a wedding day, not be the primary cause of it. Ace Limo took our money, completely ignored the careful planning we did with their own staff, outsourced the job to an unprepared contractor, and failed at basic communication. Despite my previous positive history with this company, this experience was entirely unacceptable, and I will never recommend Ace Limo again.

I really can't say enough about how easy he made everything from booking right up until he dropped us off as the last stop. He was always very prompt professional and courteous. We never had to wait for the limo or go searching for it at any point. The ride was also very smooth. I've booked other limos in the past and can't say I've ever really had a "bad" experience but I know people who have and it's always something you worry about. My pick from my home was at 7am. Tammy picked us up on time at 7am in a bus. I requested a limo. I'll let that go. We went off on our cruise. On Friday I found out our ship was delayed due to the storm. We would not dock at 8am instead we would dock at 2pm. The concierge at the Haven called the Ron Borden first time he left a message. Second time with my guest in front of him, got hold of Ron. He let him know would need to change the arrival time to 3:30pm fir the 8th. Sunday around 1 I get a call from Ron while still in the harbor. He had me booked for a car to be there Saturday. Not Sunday. He sent someone there Saturday. So I told him well that's not what I booked when I spoke to your office. He proceeded to let me know this was not his office's fault it was mine and they dont made mistakes. Well now I have to pay an extra 150 to have them get to us. We had no way home if we didn't pay it. So he told me he would be at the port by 6pm. We got off the ship at 330pm and waited. He didn't arrive at the port till 730 pm. I will not recommend a company that tells there clients they are liers. I've used this company 2 times before both to the port in NY. This company needs all new management, including the owner. It was probably the worst customer service and business practices I have ever witnessed. The discount is not worth it. Mr.Kapolka is very accommodating; however, when we have family members residing in different locales we select ONE unifying departure point, meet there and depart. It saves time, which is money and the needless "going North in order to go South". Before I found Escort Limo my family had its share of nightmares such as tire blowout of a retread tire with no spare en route home, expired tags, police stop, "high driver," who swerved on and off road,etc. There are some unsavory limo companies about which one might write a bad review but not traveling with Escort where mutual respect comes first and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Anyway, I told him I did not like the way he was talking to me and he said "I will help you solve your problem Ma'am. I will return your deposit and you can go somewhere else" and proceeded to hang up on me. Wow! I guess he must have gotten a better job. I then called the gentlemen who referred him and he was appalled. The gentlemen who referred him was a driver that I have used many times and he has always been more than a pleasure to work with. I called a few times to get info and ultimately to reserve and each time my call was answered right away. I texted the day prior to my reservation to confirm and got a confirmation text back right away. On the day of my reservation, I received a call from the driver 5 to 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled p.u. time saying he was available whenever I was ready. Nice vehicle, super nice, reserved, and professional driver, perfect short trip. All went as expected and couldn't have been better.
