Even when you clearly explain the pest problem upfront, they insist on sending someone out just to "take a look," which can take weeks. After that, the actual treatment appointment is scheduled weeks or even months later -- and often gets rescheduled due to vague or unforeseen reasons. The end result is endless delays and very few actual service visits. By dragging out inspections and repeatedly pushing appointments, they effectively reduce how often they have to come out, while still claiming the service is unlimited. Meanwhile, the pest problem remains unresolved. If you're looking for timely, proactive pest control, this approach feels more like a tactic to avoid service than to provide it.

We were loyal customers of this company for many years. We are part time residents at our Oregon…read morehome. We installed several cameras around our property some months back. Then we received a bill stating the property had been serviced on a certain date. Our cameras indicated that no one had entered the property on that date. A followup call to the owner revealed that the APC employee had allegedly serviced a nearby neighbor's home by mistake. A little strange. We were told someone would come out in a few days and complete the required service. A few days later someone did come out. But our cameras indicated he only sprayed a little around our front door and left. Nothing was done around the rest of the residence or nearby shop. Makes one suspect the other services we were allegedly provided when we were not there and before cameras were installed. This company clearly has some problems. So, unless you are there to closely supervise this company on each occasion they provide their service we would not recommend them under any circumstances.
